I have officially upgraded to a visible 5*. It was always a 5* review as the quality of products are important to me to give my customers high quality professional finish. The expertise and support by the Clifton Moor branch staff is second to non. If they don't know they will find out for you in a timely manner.

This is my number 1 stop for high quality doors and kitchens plus a whole lot more.
NB. They've even promised me a pork pie for next time 🤣

As usual great customer service from the team at Clifton moor. I had an issue with a product which is very unusual, but they resolved it without any bother.

Excellent customer service

Stellar service.
Assistant manager Rob sorted out some missing hinge packs from a big delivery from another branch. If they are like this when it’s not even their branch that generated the order then that speaks volumes. They literally beat retailers like JL and M &S hands down for customer care and my joiner really rates this branch too. Such a shame that they are hampered by a showroom which isn’t really geared up for retail customers wanting a look at products. This may well be missing consumer traffic which diverts to places like Wren on the retail park. At the end if the day there must be alot of sales driven by customers wanting to see products close up in a local Howdens outlet and if you know York then you’ll know that it’s a pain getting to the other side of the city. Howdens HO - you’re missing a trick by not investing in this depot on the north side of York and converting it to a proper showroom - the staff are absolutely amazing and I don’t think their talents are being fully utilised.

Nothing was an issue, always willing to go above and beyond and we are over the moon with our own home renovation.
There is nowhere else you can draw up a kitchen plan, take it into branch, have it priced & delivered all in 4 days !
during the fit, I changed my mind & plan layout, maybe 3 times, put the unwanted cabinets in the van, drove to Howdens, swapped it, loaded new cabinets into the van, drove home and fitted it.

Quality doors and hardware.

Having been severely let down by another kitchen supplier, my fitter put me in touch with Rob Western at Howdens Clifton Moor (York). What a difference! What service! Within a week of initial contact, I had a brand new kitchen designed and supplied, just ready for installation. I couldn't have asked for more. Rob understood my situation and pulled out all the stops to ensure my needs were met, even arranging an earlier delivery than was initially proposed. Throughout, he kept me informed and was on hand on the first day of installation to ensure all the plans were available for the fitters.
I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Howdens Clifton Moor, and can only thank Rob for all his help.

We worked with Will at Howdens, Clifton Moor, York who provided excellent service throughout. Initial design and quoting was collaborative, helpful and (crucially for us) not pushy. Delivery time was quick and efficient (much better than other kitchen manufacturers we spoke too). Install was stress-free, with a few snags sorted with no fuss. Professional, courteous and helpful throughout. Would highly recommend, thanks Will.
