Peter the manager has been so efficient, helpful and patient tracking down and ordering ‘old’ parts for my kitchen taps, that were fitted with the sink unit we bought from Howdens some years ago. He has kept tabs on the order over several weeks without reminding, when only part of the order was delivered at first. His colleagues are also very friendly and have kept me in touch with helpful telephone calls. Sheila

I gave 5 stars for outstanding customer services I have received at Colindale branch. I was served by a lovely lady with an excellent customer service and super helpful she even gave me a nice compliment on the door I have purchased and offered me to see it before delivery. Amazing experience and the result!
Changing the kitchen can be challenging.
I had the very best experience from the moment I entered the shop for some enquiries. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful lady who explained the process.
That lead me to the planning stage, when Dinesh and Emrush helped to find the best lay out for the small space that I have. Gentlemen listen and heard what I was saying, then they offered some suggestions that worked out perfectly. I could not believe how much attention and patience they have!
Between the planning and the installation I had to contact the shop couple of times. Calls and emails were attended promptly and I got answers I needed.
The installation went smoothly with Emrush and his very best team, including a plumber and an electrician. The quality of work is immaculate as well as quality of the kitchen and appliances themselves.
Absolutely love my new kitchen and can not thank enough for everyone involved.
I would definitely recommend this business to everyone.

Brilliant service at Howdens - Colindale
I was going to this branch of Howdens because I needed to pick up something another branch didn't have in stock. I met Marie, who quickly picked the things I needed.
But she also managed to spot that the first branch had sent me to a third branch of Howdens to pick up something else ...
So Marie told me not to go any further as they had it store.
So I was saved another 30 minutes to go to pick up the missing items.
In a busy day 30 extra minutes is worth a lot.

I had a very bad experience with…
I had a very bad experience with Howdens Colindale of buying a kitchen very recently. Some kitchen doors and plinth are still not delivered after over 10 days of purchase. Rest of kitchen units and appliances were delivered in 3 different days which means I have ended up paying extra cost for my installation team and still I am waiting for outstanding doors and plinth to be delivered surely will increase my cost further.
