Helpful staff .Ordered a door as it was not in stock they rang me when it was delivered to store .Also gave advice about rooster deals and latch packs

Hi 👋 all, called in Thursday afternoon with a potential customer, and was made at ease with the team, asiff was very attentive with the planning with the customer and cloe. A few alterations and all came together with the same plan. Adam was sporting his new hair doo compliments from cloe, platted with pig tails very nice. Made everyone at home, brew and a biscuits, all went well thankyou. See you soon ride safe X.

Great knowledgeable, friendly staff and very helpful.

We were recommended Howdens by our Kitchen Fitter, Lewis and Melissa came out to measure up and discuss the design. Within a few days the design was complete and we were invited into offices to go through the 3D design. Lewis took us through the details and was more than happy to make a few changes, design agreed time for colour selection. Strangely the colour we selected was the first one we rejected! At no point did you feel any pressure to make the choices or sign on the dotted line. Prints of the design were provided along with a very helpful technical schematic design.

Delivery was arranged around the kitchen fitters schedule, so we didn’t have to find storage for weeks or days. The old kitchen had been fitted in the 1970’s and was hiding many issues that we had expected and therefore needed to purchase some extra items, this was an easy and quick process and we were able to return any unopened items for refund. This our kitchen fitter did, again no problem.

The kitchen is now fitted, and has exceeded our expectations, while the design print was very good, the final fitted kitchen was much better. Thank you Howdens (Lewis and Melissa)

A big thank you to Howdens in Darwen, in particular Lewis who took our original design and made it even better. He managed to utilise every inch of space and gave us our dream kitchen. Adam the store manager who has ensured from start to finish that we were happy with everything and has been there to answer our queries along the way. We can highly recommend Howdens, the quality of the kitchen and aplliances are absolutely superb and the price was better than we had hoped for allowing us to go that extra bit further and get everything we wanted (including a wine / beer cooler).

Wendy, and me finally have our dream kitchen, something we have wanted for so long and we now have a room that is a pleasure to be in, prep food, cook it but more importantly sit and eat it. It’s perfect!

Mel at the darwen branch is great making things run smooth for customers over the last year Howdens darwen in general have been good for me why I gave 4 stars is because my kitchen I ordered came wrong but was sorted but took a little time.

After getting different quotes from different companies and speaking with previous customers we decided to opt for Howdens in Darwen. We found them to be helpful with our initial Kitchen design and the finished design was better than we expected. Lewis was very patient with us as we could not initially decide what we wanted and we changed our minds on more than one occasion. The final price was a lot less expensive than we expected, especially compared to Wren and B and Q. The fitter who they recommended (Dave, DJS Joinery) was also very good and we are extremely pleased with the finished article. We even had some panels and plinths left over which we we able to get a refund on.All in all a decent quality kitchen at a good price. 5* from start to finish.

Lewis came out and measured very precisely to give us great plan . The branch delivered the full kitchen within a few days ,when fitted only one item to much which we took back to branch for credit.

Our experience of using Howden’s for our new kitchen has been fantastic!
We didn’t feel under any pressure like we did with other companies and the designer listened to all our requirements and made all the requested tweaks we suggested. Would definitely recommend!!
