I can’t fault the girls, they’re good for me & definitely an asset to the company.
Personally I’d be lost without them.

Went in to to get items missing entirely from order was told they have none in stock and then ignored when i asked about door system for internal drawers and was told i have what i needed and no more help was given. 3 hinge packs short but i have what i need. 600 door damaged but i have what i need. 500 door missing. 2 drawer faces missing. When told a hinged door was to be fitted to an integrated dishwasher i mentioned the top holes sit where 2 fixings are meant to go so it needs to be an integrated door? I was told 'Thats we sell it'.
Then they disappeared muttering under thier breath as they did. Steer clear and dont waste your time or money.

Excellent from start to finish. First thing to note: it's a very popular outlet so it does get busy and you may have to wait at the counter on occasions, but it's worth the wait. The range of kitchens is extensive, and it took several visits to determine exactly what we wanted; the counter staff were well-informed and gave plenty of good advice. Our original designs were greatly improved by their designer/planner who was amiable, helpful and professional throughout, and patient in amending our design/estimate on 3 occasions as we repeatedly changed our minds on certain aspects. The kitchen was delivered on time by two men who brought everything up two flights of stairs and stacked it in the order I requested, in order to facilitate the fitters (we used our own). Minor unforeseen technical issues necessitated changing one cabinet, and surplus accessories were exchanged/refunded without quibble. The finished product is quality, but what made the experience so easy was the consistently excellent customer service provided by the planner and the girls on the counter. Thank you.

I only buy what I want when needed, as I am a maintenance worker. The staff at the Ashford and Folkestone branches are knowledgeable and very helpful with what I need.

Design of kitchen was very good but the standard of the units is of a very low standard have raised a complaint but they are refusing to replace 6 doors

I am extremely pleased with the customer service received from Jamie at Howdens in Folkestone . Jamie was involved in the planning , designing , as well as taking an active part in the aftercare and troubleshooting issues .

Jamie was highly professional, yet with an extremely approachable and friendly manner. The kitchen design was excellent, he did several drafts of design , taking into account exactly what I needed and my budget . He worked with me , to fit the design around the needs of myself and my family .

I will definitely recommend Howdens at folkstone, not just for the design and quality of the kitchen , but for Jamie’s skill and expertise .

As usual helpful an friendly and goods at a competitive price.

Staff were super helpful and did all we asked and more, even though we were being ‘difficult customers’ with swapping things and slow decision making!

Good quick service as usual

Jamie came around to our house to look at what we were after. He always had a smile on his face, he took the dimension of the kitchen and listen to what our criteria was. We was then invited back to Jamie’s office to look at the drawings, he had listened to what we had said, we changed a few things but nothing seemed like to much trouble, after a while we agreed on what we wanted. We discussed a price which I thought Jamie had our best interests in mind. We then discussed delivery, this was excellent, flexible and an offer to store if required. The kitchen turned up on time with no issues. A few minor faults with a couple of the cabinets but were quickly rectified. The kitchen is now finished, we are made up with it, stylish and quality!
Summary: From beginning to end Howdens ((Folkestone) was excellent, couldn’t do enough for us and now we have a Quality kitchen that we are made up with.
