I visit Howdens Grays, quite regularly. Always efficient and polite. Always lane to help out with products on short notice.

howdens have an annoying habit of cancelling
your trade account if you do no business with
them in the previous 6 months
regardless of how much business is placed in the 6 months before that
so you have to reapply for an account
then ( we were after white tile wall panels)
they were 4 times dearer than our eventual supplier
we dont mind if some of their products are too dear
we do mind that we have to reapply for an account to
discover this

We are very happy with our new kitchen. Designed and supplied by Howdens Grays.

Just purchased a kitchen from Howdens warehouse in Grays Essex and could not be more please with the service we received from these guys. From Emma who came to our house on more than one occasion (we kept changing our minds) and was so patient with us to Lou in the office who was great and advised us in her own honest unique way what would look the best! All the staff at the Grays depo were so helpful and and we are now organizing and purchasing our flooring. We would highly recommend the guys at the Grays depo, friendly, helpful and professional at all times. Have recommended them to my sister-in-law who is now having her kitchen done and is equally pleased. Well done guys and thank you.

What an excellent service from the Howdens team at Grays. Used the fantastic CAD design service to make our decisions on units and layout. Delivery was quick and flexible, as I changed original date. Barry and Mike were easy to deal with throughout the whole process. Great response on additional parts and getting delivered. Quality of kitchen is superb.

Excellent services from Howden in Grays. I have considered Howden, DIY kitchens and Wren. The most striking thing was the resilience of staff members and attitude ‘Yes, we can help!’. I was given an appointment for the next day. Our designer was George, who sacrificed her lunch break to accommodate us. We had a few tweaks done without any quibbles. Then she came out to take measurements and we finalised our Kitchen. Fast forward, delivery was on time and no significant damage. George was so accommodating, and we made one last change after Kitchen was delivered. No questions and this tweak was accommodated.
I have been to Howden Grays and every single team member is keen to help. They have an excellent attitude which makes them different from other kitchen suppliers. I will highly recommend Grays Howden to anyone as outstanding customer service is hard to find these days.

The kitchen designed by your depot had to have some adjustments made and to change items incorrectly delivered. This required us to make several journeys to change parts and order others. This is has been the case with kitchens previously ordered,
In general the staff were apologetic for the errors and resolved any issues raised by us

Well where can I start.. I have had the best experience working with George and Lou at the Grays depot. Not only have they had to deal with me being a very indecisive customer who changed their mind every minute. But George was so helpful providing me with lots of different designs, examples and her knowledge around Howdens products is amazing. I felt really comfortable going with with their trusted opinions and the outcome was the PERFECT kitchen I could have ever imagined. They were always on hand to answer questions and came out to do a home visit when I was concerned about space in my kitchen. I just want to thank both George and Lou again for your help. It really was a stress free process getting my kitchen through Howdens knowing they were looking after everything for me.

So happy with our kitchen. Despite changing our minds numerous times, it was never a problem for Lou or Rob. Being such an old property and discovering other issues with the house, we were restricted in what we could have but between both of them and our great kitchen fitter, we got a kitchen better than we could have expected. Photographs just don’t do it justice. Cost an awful lot less than other companies also!
