We bought our kitchen through Howdens Harrow. We were assigned to Rishi. We went with the Elmbridge kitchen in the end we are very pleased with it. We were intending to repaint it in our own colours but we are really happy with the dove grey and dusk blue combination. We had a clear idea of how we wanted the kitchen but Rishi had useful advice in utilising our space and height within the room. Getting proportions in design is more difficult than in sounds but everything has fitted in perfectly. We had an issue with the fitting of our skirting boards and Rishi came out to inspect and work with our builders to get it fixed. There was an issue with the computer render versus the actual fitting of the pillars which Rishi clarified for us. I had lots of questions throughout the process I could easily get hold of Rishi by phone or email. I really enjoyed working with Rishi it can be stressful getting everything designed, delivered and fitted but he has a good sense of humour and is very easy to work with. Thanks for all your help Rishi I would recommend a Howdens kitchen and design through Rishi based on my experience. Photos to follow..

It’s very rare I write reviews however on this occasion I would like to thank Hailey at the harrow branch for such a professional, honest and genuine experience, Hailey could not do enough for me when purchasing my kitchen, I’ve never had to buy a kitchen before so it was very overwhelming and daunting for me, Hailey literally listened to all my ideas and within 24hr I had reviewed my first plan via email, I could not believe that I hardly had to tweek anything at all, she listened and delivered first time! Any slight tweeks were no probelm what so ever for her and the advice given was always welcomed and surprise surprise she was always right too 🤣!! So thank you again hailey for an amazing and easy purpose, you truly are an asset to the company

First experience buying a Howdens kitchen and Harry the manager and the team in Harrow were superb throughout. Harry created a great design and was always responsive to queries/tweaks. We are delighted with our new top quality kitchen- Chilcomb reed green is a great colour!

Would highly recommend Harry and the team at Howdens in Harrow. From the initial design, and quick delivery to the excellent quality and finish of the products. The design team is very supportive of your needs and can really help you design the perfect kitchen for your space, even if you have a very vague idea of what you want. The delivery times were honest and everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Any small issues we had with parts were quickly resolved. Amazing overall experience!

Howdens are always extremely helpful and reliable. Vipesh is totally knowledgable about all aspects of design and is always available when needed.

Great team they have at Howdens. I use them on a monthly basis and vipesh especially makes sure I’m always happy from the start of making my drawing to the end of the fitting of the kitchens.

I purchased a kitchen from Howdens Harrow with little knowledge of the process. Harry who is the manager of the branch looked after me from start to finish and I couldn’t talk highly enough of him and his team. He also recommended a tradesman who was absolutely fantastic (C.J.G Services). I will be pointing friends and family their way for any kitchen and joinery items!

I've used howdens for twenty + years and the harrow branch ever since it opened. I feel we have a great working relationship now, and obviously help each other. They always do what they can to help and the branch has a really good friendly feel to it. Keep it up and I will continue to be a loyal customer.
