Have been a customer here for more than 8 years now, always a great service in there and i leave with what i need every time. Damon and Dee sort most of my orders depending on what they are and they always fulfill my needs. Great people who always serve with a smile.

I really enjoyed this festive season even more so as my newly fitted Howdens kitchen was admired by my family and friends. My kitchen is a dream so fresh so clean so modern so everything I wanted and more. Thanks to Mr Dee Patel for designing the layout your attention to detail is on point! Thanks to the fitters as well who worked hard and in a satisfactory manner, gave us a professional finish and got the job completed on time.

I received a very apologetic call from the manager from the Hayes Branch and I am fully satisfied with her explanation. She put my mind at ease and was able to explain the situation and explain the reasons why the Hayes Branch employee was still under training, as a Manager she’s an excellent employee

I found the Howdens Hayes Crew very professional and approachable. they made sure that what they sold us what we actually needed. They were forthcoming with suggestions.
I particularly commend services of Harmeet and Nash. They exhibited enthusiasm, patience and excellent product knowledge. They were the reason why went for Howdens.

Needed a new kitchen and after wasted trips to Benchmarx in Uxbridge who provided very poor and unreliable customer service, decided the better option would be Howdens. My builder put me in touch with the Hayes branch and an appointment was made with a kitchen designer who had an abundance of patience with myself and wife’s many evolving ideas.
A couple of mistakes were made with the design but were soon sorted out when my builder made a personal visit to discus adjustments to the order.
We are however thrilled with our new kitchen and look forward to our first visitors to show it off.

We had the pleasure of working with Dee Patel at Howden in Hayes, who helped us plan and design our kitchen. He spent a great deal of time really understanding what we wanted and advised us on the best options. You can tell he's an experienced kitchen designer and has our best interest at heart. Our new kitchen is amazing.

We had an excellent experience designing our kitchen at Howdens Hayes. Adrian came almost immediately to measure our space after single phone call and had created an impressive design within hours. In store we met Harmeet, who tweaked our design and added those important extras. Harmeet is so knowledgeable and helpful; I would not buy a kitchen from anyone else now! A+ customer service

Had to travel from High Wycombe to Hayes to pick up 2doors,friendly and efficient service, Joe Smith had the doors loaded in my car before I had even left the showroom!

Excellent service by Harmeet Kaur at Howdens in Hayes. She always smiles and is very knowledgeable. I would always use Howdens, Hayes.

Disrespectful staff. Big scammers. Rude behaviour

I purchased 5 doors at £99 plus vat each . Paid everything in advance. They notified me that doors are ready and I told my builder to pick them. But when went to pick them the door they only gave him 4 doors and the lady also charged him £40 additional which the builder did with no questions ask.

When i went there myself to pick up the 5th door they told me that the price has gone up this is why we only gave 4 doors to the to your builder and I have to pay additional money for 1 doors which is £120 +vat because when I purchased the doors they were on offer. When asked what was the £40 for my builder paid the lady had no answer for this.

What kind of policy is this? Where does it state in your store that if product is not collected, you will have to pay additional on top because the offer has expired?

But when i asked the lady lets say I return the doors how much refund will i get she said the amount i paid. So why is it when i paid for 5 doors without telling my builder that i paid for 5 doors they only give him 4 doors. If he known that they over charging he would call me but because they knew he would call to confirm me. So they told him thats what i order.

All i got to say the misleading and scamming.

Last thing i want to mention when the lady said we don’t do business with customers only with traders how come she even served me and taking the payment off me.

The lady, was very rude and disrespectful. Never ever go to Howdens Hayes to purchase anything for your house.

I had my kitchen designed by Dee. He's very experienced and on-point. Excellent customer service. I've now fit the kitchen and everything per the design was spot-on.
