The kitchen designer (Evelyn) was really helpful and developed my ideas into something that was realistic. It is now installed and is almost identical to the virtual model that it was based on. All round - very happy with the product and the design service.

Just bought a new kitchen at the Kirkintilloch branch - lovely staff, great experience. Thoroughly recommend. Evelyn was brilliant throughout the entire design process - friendly, innovative, always on point, professional - went above & beyond. Quality product & amazing service. Huge thanks!

I registered my Lamona oven warranty at the Howdens website in October 2023, obtaining a waranty certificate. Unfortunately, when I attempted to contact Howdens Kirkintilloch depot for service, the staff could not identify me, although I provided my registration number to him.
It was not the receptioin staff's personal fault, but definitely Howdens as a company has a serious problem in recording its warranty customers.
I am planning to use a third party for a repair and then sue Howdens for a breach of the warranty terms.

Evelyn made the process of designing our new kitchen easy. She produced a digital design that we discussed and changed according to our preferences and budget. She accommodated meetings in person and online to fit with our situation and availability. Howdens was very flexible when we requested changes to fixtures such as taps and kitchen appliances after monies had been paid. The customer service was excellent and Evelyn was available on the end of the phone to answer any questions.

We had a large kitchen and utility room requiring quite a bit of design. The team at Howdens, especially our designer Evelyn were amazing and helped us with last minute changes necessitated by building issues. Will be back to use their services in the future.

Positive experience with Howdens Kirkintilloch. Christopher the kitchen designer created an exceptional design for our rennovation project. He was extremely professional and patient throughout the process. We encountered a slight hiccup with our order however this was resolved without any issue and swiftly. Would highly recommend Howdens Kirkintilloch.

We visited several companies before choosing Howdens to buy our new kitchen. We chose to go with Christopher F at the Kirkintilloch store as we found him very knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and patient while we agreed styles and colours. We are delighted with the final product and will revisit the Kirkintilloch store, and Christopher, again in the future.

Evelyn from the Kirkintilloch branch was very professional and excellent from start to finish. She redesigned our awkward kitchen, completely opening it up and making it so much easier to work around in. She customised units to suit our needs, altered the design a number of times for comparisons and was always on hand to quickly answer questions. We would not hesitate to recommend Evelyn and Howdens Kitchens Kirkintilloch.

I went in for 2 items and was quickly given 2 items without any fuss.

We went to the Kirkintilloch branch of Howdens to look at kitchens. The designer Evelyn was a huge help in guiding us, saving us lots of time. The staff were all helpful, delivery was prompt and returns dealt with without problems. A super smooth experience and we now have a very smart new kitchen.

Evelyn from the Kirkintilloch branch paid a home visit, designed the utility room. Revised it when I changed my mind and streamlined the process for a famously indecisive individual. A few tweaks required once the builder came but she altered the plans without complaint.

Everything about my Howdens experience was excellent. Evelyn who works in the kirkintilloch branch couldn't have been more helpful. Shes very friendly and attentive and her attention to detail is amazing. I now have the kitchen of my dreams thanks to Evelyn's vision. The quality of my kitchen products are to a high standard and would highly recommend using them.

I bought a kitchen pre COVID from Howdens and have been really pleased with the quality and service. Indeed I had a small flaw on a door four years on and Howdens honoured their guarantee and replaced the door without any quibble .

Time marched on and I built a new utility room and engaged with Howdens in Kirkintilloch for the fit out. There Evelyn managed everything from planning through to the rescue when tradesmen put the saw in the wrong place! Delighted for sure and thoroughly recommend the team for future jobs!

Sourced our new kitchen from Howdens in Kirkintilloch. They gave us lots of options and advice and put us in touch with good fitters. Delivery was smooth and on time and we are very happy with the result. All of the staff were nice people and clearly cared about good customer service.
