Our Kitchen was fitted on December 16th 2022 by a very respectul fitter. However the kitchen face panels that we have are too small and leaving massive gaps where you could fit TWO £2 coins in the gap. Our fitter tried moving the face panels but the gap just moves to the other side. This concludes it is the face panels are too small.
We complained about this issue to Howdens on December 18th when we noticed it quite early on. Since then in early January 2023 we have provided photos and other details multiple times to Howdens. There has been over 10 emails and phones calls combined and even had some one check the problem themself too. Overall we are now Mid March 2023 and after speaking to the Lichfield manager just, she believed that this issue had been resolved by her colleague.
To continue this saga, the manager has just asked me for more meaurements again. This problems seems like it is never going to end.
At this point I just want my money back and I will get new Face fronts from somewhere else. I don't want replacements if they are offered after this bad experience.
VERY VERY Dissapointed in Howdens quality and Lichfields bad customer service - avoid!

One of my main reasons for purchasing my kitchen from Howdens was the good things I'd heard about the after sales service and given this is such a large investment was a significant consideration in my decision.
3+ years after ordering my kitchen I've recently had an issue with the boiling tap. I called the Lichfield branch and spoke to Becki who helped configure, design and price my kitchen originally and even though she could have said the unit was out of warranty she went out of her way to help making calls to the manufacturers and sending me documents and follow-up emails to help me resolve the issue.
I want to thank Becki and her team who have always provided great support over the period I've been a customer, your efforts of going above and beyond are highly appreciated!

Absolute joke
Promised goods on day goods never turned up
You make a call to see where they are and you are spoken to as if you are at fault
What am I supposed to tell my customers when the goods can’t be fitted on the day we arrange so they have to take further time off and I stand about not getting paid

Well, The service that I received from my local branch and from my rep has been great. I'm still to take delivery of the kitchen but that is because I have asked them to not to deliver yet.
The problem is that since opening my account I have been bombarded with upto 4 'promotional emails' a day! I tried to cancel the emails but the greedy (insert your own expletives) have set it up that you have to text a premium number in order to so.

Well what can I say the whole team at Howdens Lichfield are very efficient and so helpful. Zach designed our kitchen and it was just what we wanted in every way, he arranged delivery that arrived on time and supplied everything we needed. His help was unlimited and showed his dedication to his job. Can not recommend them enough. Brilliant

Went to the Lichfield branch on 2 occasions for hand rail and base rails asked for 5 got 1 of each.the following day went again asked for spindles 32 only got 5,I will never go there again a waste of time, stock control is a joke, this has now cost me an extra days work
