Professional knowledgable staff

We received an excellent service from Nic Harris in her designing our kitchen, utilising all the space available. She's very professional, listened to our requirements and suggested a better configuration. The kitchen was delivered earlier than forecast which was a bonus, the delivery drivers were very professional and took great care handling the units. The after sales service was great. All in all, we're really impressed with the professionalism of all the Howden's Liskeard staff.

My sincere thanks to Nathan who provided a fantastic service and communication. He measured up for kitchen units and worktops. He answered all of our questions providing solutions when required. I had credit on my account. Not a lot and it was there for some time but when I used the account again it had gone. I was told by my branch it had “been used on another purchase”. This was not the case and after further inquiries I was told it was still there and always had been. Also I have never received a bill for my last purchase which was less then the credit so I assume it was used to settle to outstanding amount?

The support from Aaron and his team did not stop at the design phase; they were readily available to address any questions or concerns I had, making me feel valued as a customer.

Recently purchased a pair of doors excellent quality and a sensible price. Very pleased delivered on time many thanks.

Waited 20 mins watching the staff looking for our order, was all wrapped up in wrap to find middle ones had been damaged and paint chipped off, Was made from solid wood, not MDF, and was the wrong size, Not great will use someone else!

We recently had our first kitchen designed and planned by Howdens in Liskeard, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Nic and the entire team have been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their expertise, patience, and attention to detail have been outstanding. As first-time homeowners, we felt completely supported and confident in their hands. We cannot recommend Howdens in Liskeard enough for anyone looking to create their dream kitchen. Zero stars for the painful and chaotic nature of dealing with my branch, consistently getting contradictory & incorrect information.
Available and calling persistently when they are trying to push early delivery (even before the units were needed) so they meet their targets, and seemingly unable to take "no thanks" as an answer to this repeated annoying request until I have to get angry and threaten to go to another branch or report them to head office.
Each time the information I get about costs and status of account is contradictory to the last information.
Incorrect items delivered.
Two stars as the quality of the units seems to be reasonable but bits missing (of course...) and sometimes they are very helpful.
I am a patient person to a certain point, but never again, Howdens.
Go elsewhere if you can. The very good parts of this branch is consumed by the utterly awful experience.

Excellent service great product

Purchased kitchen unit and got a crack on larder unit, scratch on 600 unit on inside plywood and a scratch on work top. Paid for delivery but didn’t deliver doors luckily they were in when I went to get something else I needed.
I think looking back I might have been abit unfair because they did offer to change the larder unit at the time this just didn’t suit me at the time because I needed to get the units fitted and I needed it to be done there and then. I have already used them again and found them to be good to deal with without having any issues
