I recently had bedroom furniture supplied by Howdens Ludlow and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, their service was absolutely outstanding. The team were knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely committed to ensuring everything was designed and fitted perfectly for my space.
The quality of the bedroom furniture itself is exceptional—solid, beautifully finished, and thoughtfully designed. Every wardrobe and drawer fits seamlessly, and the final result looks incredibly stylish and refined.
Howden’s Ludlow exceeded my expectations on every level. I’m thrilled with the transformation of my bedroom and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality furniture either in kitchens or bedrooms with first-class customer service.

I’ve recently have a kitchen measure from Ashley at the Ludlow branch. The design was even better than I’d imagined , Ashley went above and beyond and I can’t wait for my kitchen to be delivered. The service from the whole branch so far has been excellent and a shout out to yaz and Jake too as they’ve been great to deal with also.

I have used Howdens for many years, early years if I’m honest was a bit hit and miss however when the Ludlow Howdens branch opened it’s been a different story. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I won’t be recommending anyone else. The manager Ashley is a pleasure to deal with as are his staff. Efficient, Friendly and always looking at ways to get what you want in the budget my clients have.

When I brought my first kitchen, I was recommended Howdens, Ludlow branch. When I arrived I was greeted by Ashley, who was fantastic, had so much knowledge, and made me feel so relaxed in my decision making. Really can’t rate, Ashley and Howdens enough for their service!

Amazing service and fantastic staff!

What went wrong? I returned 2 poorly made doors and instead of a credit note i get a invoice for those doors they were told the doors were returned i was ignored and received a thretening letter that if i dont pay i will be taken to court! As a company you are elusive you dont hv email yr customer care is non existant and yr products are poor , your sales gimic i.e knocking off 50% is pure fantacy , you bombard me with letters and phonecalls during work time this aggressive selling does not work!. The staff and company are too relient on computors , you email invoices which i have to use my paper and ink to print it off,that is not right

The designers from Howdens Ludlow were helpful and efficient: they put together a look that we could see Virtually, and we’re happy to say that the end result looked just as good, if not better. Rebecca guided us through everything smoothly and efficiently.

Thank you Howdens Ludlow - your expertise and friendly welcome from knowledgeable staff have enabled me to have a lovely new, smart, shiny utility room in what was the least useful "utility" room ever. I am thrilled with the cupboards, worktop and sink/tap combo. It's all super quality and the fitter thought the cupboard legs were brilliant. I recommend Howdens to everyone.
