We purchased a kitchen from Howdens maldon I must say outstanding customer service all the people there truly look after us from start to finish

Kyla was excellent throughout our kitchen project. Very professional and helpful. We cannot recommend Kyla highly enough as she supported us from start to finish. It was so nice to have the high level of customer service.

I am very pleased with the Howden kitchen units I've had fitted. In fact it was a whole new kitchen designed by Howdens. The Soft sandstone is the right depth of colour I was looking for and the gloss finish makes them easy to keep clean. Working together with the wonderful designer Kyla who created a spectacular kitchen that fitted the brief. She delt with any issues that arose with efficiency and professionalism.
I would recommend Howdens units for their fashionable designs that are sturdy and practical.
To be honest Dan and the whole team at Howdens Maldon were a great bunch of people to deal with.

When we first planned to have a new kitchen we visited the showroom in Heybridge. All the staff we met were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Kyla listened to what we wanted and came up with a perfect plan for us. We've had questions along the way and Kyla has always replied quickly and we know this is some times from home. I dealt with Kyla from the Maldon , Essex branch. Kyla explained every range and scenario with us and was super helpful with all the knowledge of their products giving us total trust in her. The design was spot on and the agreed delivery arranged with all items arriving in perfect condition. Kyla at Maldon Howdens was amazing! She initially designed our kitchen and utility, including all the features we wanted and more, in the colours we wanted. We then sat down to go through and make small tweaks to the design before we finalised it. The ordering and delivery process was easy and smooth, and whenever we needed anything extra, the team at Maldon were always happy to help and quickly sort it. Thank you again, we love our new kitchen!

Just had a fabulous kitchen from Howdens at Maldon. Great planning service with valuable advice and attention to detail. The staff at Maldon branch couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating when we were initially ‘just looking’ for our new kitchen.
Kyla did a fantastic job surveying and coming up with ideas, and when we had questions, she always responded in a timely manner. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
We ordered our Howdens kitchen and it was delivered on time. It’s in the process of being fitted, and we are extremely pleased with it.

I worked with Kyla at the Maldon Branch to plan our dream kitchen. She came round to measure for us, we had a planning meeting to finalise my design & then from paying the deposit all through to fitting Kyla was supporting us with updates, checking in on what we needed too. She gave us her mobile number and nothing was ever too much, she really went above and beyond.

The kitchen itself is also beautiful and so well made, extremely happy!
