Very friendly bunch and also friendly that's all you need it's all about the team work

MDC - cannot get any proff of delivery so we cannot pay the 26 invoice awaiting payment, we have emailed several times, rang the office and still cannot seem to get these, Very poor service. We have this every month

I returned to Howden’s after moving home and needed my kitchen replacing.

Shaun listened to what I required and made suggestions when I was unsure of different aspects.

Wouldn’t have a kitchen designed by anyone else other than Shaun - please don’t retire for a few years Shaun as I’m sure I will be needing your assistance again.

The staff at Mansfield Woodhouse are extremely helpful to deal with and could show other companies how to deal with clients.

Good customer service

Having been a member of Howdens from the outset and used many of your branches for kitchen purchases I find that I have never had a kitchen that has been delivered complete, there has always been shortages or items missing or the wrong colour sent, but don't take this to heart it's always been like this and always will be and I will cotinue to use Howdens, it keeps me on my toes.

Shaun Wilkinson of the Mansfield Woodhouse branch was very patient with my endless dithering and changes of heart but steered me through the process with good humour, sensible advice and knowledge. He took out the worry for what, to me, was an alien process and I was happy with the results.

I dealt with Shaun who expertly designed my kitchen. The kitchen was delivered promptly and when a couple of items were found to be missing these were sent on straight away. The quality of the kitchen is great and I would certainly recommend Howdens to others.

We had been to multiple kitchen designers and had no positive experience until we met Shaun Wilkinson at Howdens, Mansfield Woodhouse. He was very experienced, confident and quick with designing and processing our kitchen. We are extremely pleased with the final result and will only continue to deal with this branch going forward.

The kitchen designer was clearly an expert in his field.
I took my sketch showing full dimensions of my kitchen and what I thought would look good!
The designer made some excellent adjustments to my original plan and explained all the do's and don'ts and relevant regulations to make my kitchen safe and legal.
An all round excellent and helpful service which I was very grateful to receive.
I strongly recommend anyone to use Howdens Free design service for any of their built in products.

We met with Shaun Wilkinson at Howdens Mansfield and were immediately put at ease with Shaun’s knowledge, patience and advice regarding our new kitchen design. We didn’t hesitate in ordering, safe in the knowledge that if anything wasn’t quite right when the kitchen was delivered we knew that we could get a replacement straight away rather than having to wait for weeks for a part. The quality of the kitchen is superb, we are delighted with it and have already been back to see Shaun to order units for our new Utility room. Cannot recommend enough.

I have recently had a new kitchen from Howdens Old Mill Lane Mansfield Woodhouse Notts. From the very beginning of the process the service was amazing. Shaun Wilkinson the designer was helpful and knowledgeable and utilized the space to the maximum. He talked me through all the options and designed me a kitchen that I could visualize in my home which i found very useful. The choice they supply is fantastic and the quality of the kitchen is second to none. Very reasonable pricing for quality units. The appliances were all supplied by Howdens and again they are of superb quality. Nothing is too much trouble for the team at Howdens and would not hesitate in purchasing from them in future, excellent is all I can say and they made the process very stressless.

Wow what can I say from start to finish overall howdens have been absolutely amazing especially Shaun who is professional and just over all an amazing guy he has only been one phone call away he has helped us design our dream kitchen to cater for every mile stone in our family home. he has helped us and thought of every little detail (even with me being a picky customer and changing my mind lots of times) all the staff was extremely polite and helpful, the delivery of our kitchen was brilliant and packaged with lots of care. I would 1000% recommend and will be using in the future. (Howdens Woodhouse).
