I received fantastic service recently from Kya Wilkinson and the team at the Morley branch. Kya helped me to design my kitchen to my specification and made some helpful suggestions that I was more than happy with. Everything was delivered on time and from start to finish I was happy with the whole process and very pleased with the result.

Amazing team at Morley, very attentive and extremely helpful. Always deliver whatever my requirements may be.

Kya Wilkinson at Howdens in Morley has been a pleasure to work with. She designed the kitchen exactly how we wanted and was extremely polite and professional. Would highly recommend. Also the kitchen we ordered is exactly as we hoped it would be.

The Morley, Leeds, branch were so so helpful with proving the service and products required for our new kitchen. Big thank you to Franco for his kitchen design. He was so patient and polite when changes were asked for. And a mention to Karen, our coordinator. She kept us informed on progress and checked up to make sure everything was OK. Finally the worktop fitters, top job, just makes the finished product stand out !

Danny came out to our house and did a great plan for us. Arranged a store visit to run through and finalised our kitchen before we ordered it. Great service and fast communication

From the planning by Danny Clark, the delivery and the multiple times I have popped into branch the service provided by Howdens, Morley has been second to none. Many of my original ideas changed after meeting with Danny and he came up with a design I hadn’t fully considered. I initially wanted an island uni which he advised would really be too tight and he was completely correct. I also fancied some additional units in one of the corners which he said may appear a little cluttered and he was right once again. I now have a very impressive kitchen which i’m constantly being complemented on even though the flooring is still to go down [another company] and decoration done as well, I just can’t wait to see it completely finished. When I initially approached Howdens I was advised prices were due to increase imminently so everything was dealt with promptly allowing me to save approximately 10% at the time [would be more now] and in my case equating to a 4 figure some which allowed me to make several upgrades keeping to my budget. Any extra bits I needed [not the branches fault just very small bits missing from boxes] were sourced promptly and chased until I was in receipt of. Overall I couldn’t recommend Danny and the rest of the team enough. Thank you!

When we realised that the plan for our new kitchen was unworkable, in stepped Danny Brook at Howdens. Danny turned a disappointment into a triumph by completely redesigning the kitchen no less than with 5 options. The option we chose solved all the issues and not only that, came in at the same budget!! Well done Danny (and Howdens of course!)

We use Howdens through work so it was the 1st place I thought to look for a kitchen in a property we're renovating. The service was 2nd to none and accommodating of the changes I asked for. Danny went beyond to help and source the units quickly.

I am an office dweller I don't know the first thing about kitchens. Morley branch is near to me so l went asked questions and was amazed at the help l received nothing g was too much trouble. I was guided through different products advised and all with no pressure to buy. The youngvlad l dealt with was Danny he was very knowledgeable about his products curtious and professional. Morley branch in all was a great experience staff all smiling helpful nothing is too much trouble for anyone. Keep up the great work Morley depot your all a credit to Howdens the Company

Good service friendly helpful staff, just one small thing would have been helpful if we had been advised of offer coming up a few days after purchasing our kitchen we would have been able to make a better saving.

Just had our dream kitchen installed and could not fault the service we received from Howdens.

We dealt with Danny Clark who produced a great digital design that incorporated all our requirements. Danny really listened and understood what we wanted from our kitchen and his design was spot on and needed no amendment!

All in all it was a very good experience from start to finish and the quality of the kitchen and appliances were excellent value for money. Could not fault at all!

I can honestly say my last encounter will be my last completely And Utterly shambles I have a kitchen outstanding from 5 months ago, of wich is my own mothers iv contacted howdens countless times going up in person , phone calls , emails to wich I get we will sort it.
The most annoying thing is I’m trade to howdens and I feel there still trying to brush this under the carpet so god knows what they do day to day with the public, once they had our money there was no Urgency whatsoever sort things out often not writing things down and sending wrong items getting charge more that what you can go out and get them off any local diy sores , I also ended up getting sent Threatening court letters due to outstanding balance on my account due to there mistake and charging me for things that I haven’t had and already payed for.
I can’t stress this enough go somewhere else and get a lot better for your money and service

Got some doors not the best quality for the price and one was missing basically made out I was wrong and was lying about one door not been there got told they were solid doors and they were egbox rubbish don’t recommend the Morley branch set of tools

The Morley depot are always so efficient and helpful. Quote requests are usually back within the day allowing me to get back to my clients imminently.
