The personal touch

We were looked after really well from the time we started the process with Rachel. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained and the outcome absolutely stunning. The price was exceptionally reasonable and I would have no hesitation recommending Howedens.

My account was opened through another depot (I didn't realise) but here the staff were so helpful and interested, that I decided to switch my account to this branch. Really helpful whilst trying to find the right sized replacement handles to re-kit a house. Took ages but the young man was patient and couldn't have been more helpful.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always willing and able to help!

Brought wardrobes from the Old Wolverton Branch nr Milton Keynes, amazing staff so very helpfull, great product, so easy to assemble and install, attention to design and detail and including all required fittings.

Elaine Cooper from Howdens Old Wolverton, has designed two kitchens for me now, one in my house and the second for an old outbuilding we are in the process of finishing.
Elaine came out to site stepped into the building described what she was thinking on the spot and between Elaine myself and my brother Vacey we had nearly concluded the design.
This was followed with swift exchanges of computer generated plans and colour's chosen and the quote agreed.
We have almost finished now and this kitchen looks superb.
The reason for four stars is i can never give full marks for anything, but Elaine would come very close, i think i had one of those teachers at school.....

Elaine came out & measured our kitchen, she was helpful & understand our needs in our new kitchen. I can’t fault the warehouse team, my husband had just had an op on his back, the guys were brilliant & brought everything in for us, when we needed an extra part they delivered as well. Brilliant service everything arrived when I was told it would be.

I have used Howdens for all my house projects and have always been very happy with the service and their products are built to last. I would recommend them. Staff are really helpful and friendly 😊

Great quality doors

Very well organized and easy to deal with

Elaine our kitchen planner was first class and the options made for our needs was perfect

Products not very good quality and like for like were cheaper elsewhere.twice as many items delivered than ordered and in the wrong colour.

So, the challenge with our new kitchen, was to allow for more cupboard space but, crucially, to allow for the needs of myself, who is able-bodied, and my husband, a wheelchair user.

After an initial meeting with Elaine Lansdell at Howdens Old Wolverton, Milton Keynes, a plan was presented to us and it looked great. After a few days however, we had decided we didn't need some of the special features we had at first thought were necessary and Elaine, who has the patience of a saint, sat with us and changed several aspects to enhance the design and the final plan really did hit the mark.

We cannot speak for all Howdens depots but the Old Wolverton branch in Milton Keynes, and particularly Elaine, excelled in their approach to make sure the kitchen we now have looks beautiful and caters exactly for our specific needs. A tough job made easier by Elaine's experience & thoughtfulness.

From the outset, Elaine was brilliant at getting our new kitchen underway. She was very knowledgeable and patient and nothing was too much trouble. She kept us informed of progress, tweaked the plans when we needed to and provided endless updates for us! We are so happy with our new kitchen! Thank you Elaine at the Old Wolverton Store. Elaine has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. From understanding our super tight prep-baby deadline, mediating and helping my wife and I find a middle ground that we both loved, to designing a layout that would be accessible for my disability. Even as the most stressed woman on earth, the process was laid back and full of humour. We honestly couldn't be happier with our kitchen and I'd recommend Howdens 1000% time over. Thanks for making our kitchen dreams come true Elaine!

We have just recently had a new Howdens kitchen fitted, which we purchased from the Old Wolverton store.
The service provided by Elaine has been absolutely exceptional. Elaine understood immediately what I was looking for in a kitchen & produced a fabulous design, which I am very happy with.
The customer service at this branch is outstanding. I had a few queries through the installation and Elaine & Judy were so incredibly helpful. I can’t thank them enough for the help & patience and would highly recommend them. Thank you!
