Arranged to see Richard at the Polegate store and he was so helpful and went out of his way to assist me in choosing the design for my kitchen and nothing was too much trouble for him even when I had to make changes to the original design.
All the staff are so nice and accommodating and so professional and very efficient in store and on the telephone I thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting or thinking of buying a new kitchen.

We are so pleased with our new kitchen that was designed and supplied by Howdens. Richard was extremely helpful when discussing the design and came up with good ideas which have enhanced the functionality of the kitchen. He has a good eye for detail, and was always available to answer any questions and make changes to the design before we committed to placing an order. The quality of Howdens units is far superior to the units they have replaced and we feel that we now have a kitchen that is built to last.

What a very easy and pleasant kitchen remodel. Richard our designer and the Howdens Polegate team were a joy. Richard quickly understood my wish for a slightly edgy and very current vibe, and gave me options and ideas that fitted my aesthetic. We chose Clerkenwell in the new Matt Bronze and natural Oak combo with compact laminate worktops. I couldn't be happier. The kitchens limited area now feels crisp, and spacious. Richard is such a chilled and talented designer - I never felt rushed and all questions were answered promptly. The products all arrived on the allocated day and I am very pleased with the quality. The Lamona appliances have been great thus far - I highly recommend Richard and the Polegate team.

I cannot find words to praise the support and service provided by Emma at the Polegate branch of Howdens. To say she went out of her way to help would be a serious understatement. She did a considerable amout of research in complex sysyems to help solve our porblem. She was successful. Throughout the time she was professional, efficient and good humoured. She is a credit to the store and the parent company.

Richard & his team supported us through the whole process, from initial ideas, through to completion. Nothing was dismissed, all our ideas & thoughts were validated & incorporated into our design. Richard has given us our dream kitchen, pantry, utility & bootility. We cannot thank him & the rest of the team @ Howdens Polegate enough. The standard & finish of the kitchen units, drawers etc easily rivalled its more expensive counter parts, delivering the wow factor on all counts.

Delivery fast and efficient and quartz worktop fitting time is much quicker than expected.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Howdens Polegate branch, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, the service provided by the team was exceptional. Emma , Jason and Richard were particularly brilliant, going above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied at every stage.

Having visited other Howdens branches in the past, I can confidently say that this one stands out in terms of service. The team was incredibly accommodating and made me feel valued as a customer. Nothing was ever too much trouble; they truly bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with every aspect of my visit.

Right from the very beginning of this massive project for us he was there to offer first class and friendly advice from the early planning stage listening to what we envisaged and offering constructive advice on what would work and possible alternatives to make things work better followed by a detailed design plan to give us an brilliant visual presentation on what our dream kitchen would look like . On time for the first appointment and very understanding when we dithered over decisions
Very prompt in responding to our many questions and he had some very sensible ideas
The whole process was extremely efficient . It might be good to warn clients that on delivery there needs to be people there to unload
I ended up having to help the driver carry in 2 van loads of boxes ,appliances etc. as there was only the driver and fitters weren't due until next day .
But everything else was great and Everything ! Was included in the delivery.
Kitchen looks great and I would highly recommend Howdens
