Always great service. I have been using Danny and his team for 8 years and always leave happy.

Recently bought another 3 kitchens from Howdens salford. Great service, Danny the manager and Jack the guy who did the survey were in particular a pleasure to work with ensuring that the kitchens were delivered on time and it was a very seamless experience. Very happy and have used them since for another project for my refurbishment job.

Recently purchased a kitchen from Howdens, from the first visit Jack was extremely professional with a very down to earth and easy going nature. He came out the same day to measure up and listen to what I wanted and came up with a lovely design. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I changed my mind quite a lot!, thanks again for a lovely experience.

The worst customer service going. Once the sale is done, expect to have your emails asking where your materials and refund are ignored. Over a month after our kitchen was supposed to be done, we were chasing materials. Not to mention materials that were deducted from our refund without them ever checking costing with us - materials that should have been sent with the original order. Everyone I've spoken to who have used different Howdens stores have had much better experiences so not too sure why this one seems to be so poor in their sales approach, customer service and service recovery...clearly they feel they need the money and sales numbers more than future customers. I've never left a review like this so that says something about how bad it is. Think carefully about who you pay thousands of pounds to for your kitchen.

Not showing client ideas of prices on appliances, taps etc. so they can choose less expensive option

I have just ordered a Howdens kitchen for our office and the Design Service has been AMAZING so wanted to write a review. I worked with Jade who came out to survey the space, had impecable knowledge of the Howdens range and appliances, drew up a plan, made edits and then invited me to the Warehouse where I got to see everything specified. Jade was really patient when making edits and gave really good advice - she also has great taste in kitchens!

My recent dealings with Howdens have been a complete nightmare. After paying £4102.69 on August 2nd, 2023, for a kitchen product delivery promised for August 4th, I was left waiting and given excuses. The delivery was repeatedly rescheduled, and even the revised dates were not honored. The customer service was unhelpful and the branch manager being, dismissive and unprofessional. Despite paying directly to Howdens, I was told I'm "not their customer" when seeking a partial refund for the missed deliveries. This experience has been a total letdown, and I strongly advise against dealing with Howdens.

Very bad experience, took all wrong measurements & they sent all wrong cabinets, still not sorted, it’s still on going the issue.
God knows when they going to sortout

Absolutely the WORST experience, I can't believe they are in business. We were treated like fools, we were lied to and harassed to purchase a kitchen. When we wanted more information on the 3 line £20k quote we were called time wasters. Danny the "manager" is a bully and a disgrace to the title. Hideous person. He and Jack should consider a different career.

Not many trade suppliers are able to offer design and then supply all materials for a kitchen in such short space of time. Great quality products at very competitive prices and good customer service

I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the team at Howden’s in Salford. I had been left in an awful position by a builder, who left without completing the job, leaving me without money and very emotional. Whilst I sorted this out, the management team at Howden’s took over my kitchen design, saw the state I had got myself in and ensured my kitchen was delivered and fitted in time for Christmas after my family had a tough second half of the year with this and we are still dealing with the builder end. Danny at Howden’s has contacted me to make sure I had a great Christmas and had been in touch since. Always there to help. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without their help at such a low point. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. Thanks again to Danny, Faye and all the team at Howden’s in Salford ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Have dealt with Howdens Salford for almost 10 years, the service they afford me is always exceptional. Can't recommend this depot enough, the manager Dan is a credit to the store and all the staff under him take great pride in offering a totally professional service with a smile.

Excellent staff, always there to help whenever needed, always a quick turnaround on kitchen deliveries, couldn't ask for anything more!

Visited Howdens Salford yesterday on their 'trade day' to see what the fuss was about. What a nice bunch of people they were. I usually use Howdens in the area I'm working, but from the little bald man on the counter right through to the manager, nothing was too much trouble. Free food, rodeo reindeer 🤣 and nice coffee... Really really welcoming. Will visit again.
