Great friendly service, value and good offers,

We’ve just renovated our bungalow and bought a kitchen, flooring and internal doors from Howdens on Queensway estate Scunthorpe.
Olivia came out and we had a free kitchen design which was great.
Very happy with Howdens products and if we needed to exchange or refund any items there was no problem. Professional service especially from Olivia who was more than helpful and happy to discuss different options.
Would recommend Howdens in Scunthorpe.

The staff have always being very helpful

Used Howdens at Scunthorpe for a full kitchen fit. From the design team who also visited our home to confirm design before materials order to delivery staff and storage which was also done for us was seamless and well done. We also had a top fitter who interacted with the Howdens team during the fit and all re-orders were delivered on the day with no holdups.
Will recommend this team on our experience to all readers of this review.

Went into a different branch (Grimsby) instead of Scunthorpe, wasn't a problem got what I needed and was sorted in no time, great service as usual and won't hesitate to use different branches in the future

Good service and good products

The quality of service is excellent, especially from Sam who could not be more helpful and patient: I am pleased that I have signed up for an account.

I do, however, have one quibble: when trying to register my account online, the portal would not let me enter a password - even though it was in the correct format; I cannot, therefore, not use my account online.

Great experience with Howden’s. Olivia was so helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. She designed our dream kitchen and we couldn’t be happier with it. She was realistic and kept within our budget. Would definitely recommend.

I recently used Olivia at Howdens to design my kitchen and I am so glad I did! I am very happy with the results and Olivia was very patient with me when picking the kitchen and also helped guide me. I would really recommend😊

Had some glittery black worktops fitted less than a year ago and they're really not standing the test of time. Easily scratched and chipped, really disappointed, we work hard for our money and just feel like we've wasted it, never again with Howdens.

The designer was very proactive in helping find the right solutions for my requirements and budget.

Good quality kitchen and stock available

From start to finish our experience with Howdens was great, from Ian, who was so helpful in the Scunthorpe store, to our visit to the amazing Howdens Expo in Howden, where Mollie showed us round and looked after us so well. She helped us navigate through the numerous kitchen set ups and arranged a visit to our home to measure up then a meeting to view and approve the new kitchen plan. She liaised with the kitchen fitters Goldspark, who were a great bunch of lads. Howdens quickly came out to help with a solution to a minor glitch without any issues. We are delighted with the end result and would happily recommend our lovely Mollie and Howdens to all. Thank you!

We tried an alternative supplier first and became disillusioned with the whole thing. Constant selling and discount mumbo jumbo designed to confuse.
After a break from it we spoke to Howdens and were visited at home by Olivia Pollard.
She immediately got what we were trying to do with our new kitchen and had some good ideas.
We were delighted when we went in to see her at the store and had a first look at the design.
After sitting on it for a few days we had some minor change requests that Olivia did a great job in accommodating.
We ordered the kitchen there and then.
We will be having it installed next month and can’t wait.
Olivia has kept in touch to see how the extension is going and whether there are any delays.
Would 100% recommend.

Just ordered our kitchen from howdens Scunthorpe. Carrie came out, measured up and designed our kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble she changed and tweaked things whenever I asked and really listened to what we wanted out of our kitchen. It was a great experience and really excited to get it delivered and fitted in our house. They responded really promptly to messages and if Carrie was away one of the team would let me know just to keep us updated. Excellent customer service, I would 100% recommend howdens Scunthorpe and Carrie to anyone
