I can’t rate Howdens (Shoreham by Sea) highly enough!
From the very first consultation to my kitchen being installed, I was so impressed with the customer service and with the quality of the kitchen units themselves.
I had three free design consultations with Ivan McHado and it was great to see 3D versions of my kitchen design. I can’t now believe how close my actual kitchen looks to Ivan’s brilliant design!

I was nervous about designing and the installation of our kitchen but from the first design visit with our amazing designer Ivan at Shoreham Howdens he put us at ease and was a steady and reliable player in the whole process. The decision making felt manageable and not overwhelming with Ivan, he was so enthusiastic about our decisions and changes we made along the way and nothing was too much trouble for him when we had questions and alterations to make to the design. We were impressed how quickly the design took shape and now after our amazing fitters did their work our kitchen looks just like the design and we're really pleased with it. Ivan took all the stress out of it and is an asset to Howdens. We were also really happy with all interactions with the other staff too, delivery was fine, and the whole process went so smoothly. Would highly recommend Ivan to anyone local who is planning a new kitchen!

I am very happy with my Howdens kitchen. I was quite apprehensive about the change of kitchen but when I saw on the visualisation what an amazing change could be made, I went ahead bravely. My fears were unfounded and the kitchen has been transformed into a room it is a delight to work in. Both Gemma from Howdens and Rob my fitter worked as a team and didn’t let me down once. I would recommend anyone contemplating a new kitchen to visit Howdens with confidence.

As a trade only company they seem to get involved with there builders customers to much and like to discuss confidential things to the builders company. Leanne & Ivan are brilliant though

Maggie, Tayla and Leanne at Shoreham-by-Sea branch are always so helpful, they drop everything to make sure everything is correct, and are so knowledgeable they seem to know what I need off the top off their heads! 100% recommend Maggie if you need a trade account!

We had to have a new kitchen floor last year following a leak and unfortunately weren’t able to match the flooring to the adjoining rooms. We now wanted to replace the floor in the adjoining rooms to match the new, only to find that this flooring had been discontinued. Gutted. After a disappointing start, the manager at Shoreham store Paul, pulled out all the stops and managed to locate some remaining packs at another Howdens store and had this brought to Shoreham for us. Excellent result and very much appreciated.

Maggie opened my account couple of years ago and she has been managing my account ever since. She organised kitchen designs, and provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process.

Recently modernised a 2 bed flat in Hove. Used Howdens to supply a high end modern kitchen. I was very well looked after by Maggie in the showroom and Ivan on site. Any snags were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Very satisfied with end result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Howdens at Shoreham in future.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful staff members in the Shoreham branch where we have purchased most of the cabinets, equipment, doors etc... to refurb 3 studio flats and a two bedroom flats over the last few years. We have recommended Howdens to some of our friends and helped some of them to get going with Howdens. Maggie has set up out account some years ago and since then it has always been a pleasure to see her as well as Scott. Paul, Leanne, Philip and all others staff memberss in the sale, design and dispatch departments.
