Howdens South Croydon . Absolutely fantastic service from Bev . She came to my home. She was enthusiastic about my new kitchen from the start. She helped me visualise my kitchen in my home. For the first time I could imagine it. Bev was right by my side throughout. My kitchen is absolutely gorgeous and has changed our family life!!

Great - Bev was brilliant. She immediately simplified the whole process of designing our boot room, sharing creative ideas and explaining what would and wouldn’t work. She clearly knows the Howdens products inside out which helped us work to a budget and fit the build perfectly.

We had a site visit from Bev Procknell to advise and design wardrobe and storage in our newly renovated property. She was across our brief and designed optimum storage in all three areas. The real test is not when everything goes to plan but when you have to react to a change in design - our fault, not Howdens. Bev reacted quickly and professionally to our request for help and ensured we have the correct components to complete our design. If you need a complete service from design to installation then Bev is certainly the person to call. We have no hesitation in recommending her and Howdens.

Bev from Howdens was fantastic when designing our kitchen. She was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand what we wanted.

The design was spot on, both practical and stylish and she made the whole process easy from start to finish. Bev’s attention to detail was excellent and very responsive whenever ai needed to talk about changes to our design. Bev worked directly with our builders on delivery and extra parts which was incredibly good and removed that element of stress.

We’re really pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Bev.”

Both Molly and Bev are lovely. Molly is always chatty and helpful in the store and Bev is the same when meeting onsite to measure. Even the delivery driver helped me to get the kitchen from roadside to the front door when i was on my own.

I purchased 2 kitchens from Howdens South Croydon in 2025 delivered on time and on budget...had to swap one unit which they organised from another depot within minutes...great staff and service !

I had a great experience designing my kitchen with Howdens, South Croydon. Bev was patient, detailed and attentive - I had not designed a kitchen before so had lots of ideas and changed my mind a few times. Bev explained and showed me everything making me feel really confident in my final decision. Drawing up different designs as I had ideas so I could see what worked. I love the final kitchen!

Our experience at Howdens was fantastic. Bev's design and product knowledge was excellent. The customer service we received was on point and efficient with regular updates and it was no trouble for Bev to revisit when we had to do a slight design change. Overall it was a great wxperience and Bev was a lovely person to deal with!

Thanks to Bev at the South Croydon branch for helping us get the very best out of our space. We are so delighted with the results!
