Manager is on the ball

Gutted - Designer failed to take into account that the wall to be removed was supporting and had to have pillars either side. Consequently after the kitchen was replumbed for the island it had to be turned sideways which has taken too much room from the dining area and messed about with the whole configuration of the kitchen plus dining area. Also sent the wrong handles which were fitted without my knowledge and cannot be rectified
If the designer had known what he was doing it would have been a totally different kitchen without an island.

I had my kitchen completely refitted more or less on the same footprint as before with an extra wall of storage and a new counter. I am so pleased with the final result and have also completed the kitchen by having it professionally painted too. Rob from Stafford Howdens came out and completely understood what i wanted and we placed the order with him . Everything was very smooth and a pleasant process to be honest. Alan, my local fitter did an amazing job with his team ,where nothing was too much trouble. Both my husband and I couldn't be more pleased and would definitely recommend Stafford Howdens as they were very professional and polite and the process from start to finish was very swift . We are very happy with the final result .

Ordering on the website was quick and easy to use. After placing the order the confirmation phone call from the Stafford store is a great help and the staff there are very professional and friendly.

Designing and selecting a new kitchen was a bit daunting given the state of the old one in the house we had just purchased. It needed some lateral thinking and Rob arrived and immediately saw what was required. From his detailed hand written drawings whilst on site - yes! hand drawn initially - very impressive - to the full Cad drawings - we were delighted with the service he provided. His design was so good, we didn't change a thing!! He guided us through the process and was at hand to answer any queries. The kitchen looks A M A Z I N G! The quality of the units are brilliant and the recommended fitter, performed some miracles! What more can I say? An absolute delight from start to finish. We didn't just choose a kitchen from Howdens, Rob created for us a kitchen which has made a difference to our lifestyle and enjoyment of our new home. Thank you Rob and fitter, Michael!

Good friendly service and a competitive price

Really pleased with the help and guidance I receive from Howden’s. Not too mention their service which is excellent. Levi and Dean are both superb with their help and advice. Always nice to see a friendly face in the morning.
To be fair, the lads in the warehouse are also excellent. Really polite and can’t do enough for you.
I always feel welcome and supported in my business. I genuinely feel like they care that I do well in my business. Really pleased with them. By far the best branch of Howden’s I use.

It was very straightforward ordered over phone howdens rang to say it was in turned up told them who I am and what I had come to collect loaded job done it’s that simple

Great service from start to finish from Stafford Howdens. A special mention to a few members of staff.. Alicia who designed our kitchen and was very helpful. Also the 2 lads on the front counter. Harvey was especially helpful every time we went to Howdens, for one thing or another. And he even went to another store to get me some more floor tiles I needed. The 2 ladies who work on computers also very friendly and helpful. Very happy customer. Thank you Stafford Howdens.😊

I ordered 2 internal doors and 4 wardrobe doors on 1 August they hadnt got wardrobe doors in stock and said they would be in stock on the Friday 4 August. They tried to deliver Thursday evening at 5.30pm when nobody was on site the driver came back Friday morning at 7.15am with 3 wardrobe doors and the 2 internal doors were the wrong size. I phoned the depot who said the 1 wardrobe door was smashed and he would phone me on Monday 7 August when the replacement was in stock it is now Thursday evening 10 August and I havent heard a thing.

Sarah F. at Howdens stafford was outstanding. She spent a great deal of time ensuring I get the right production for my home renovation, she displayed excellent customer service and gave me great discount. I will always shop at Howdens stafford as long as Sarah is there.

I used the Stafford Branch, to purchase new units for our utility room. On the two occasions I visited I was helped by Levi at the sales counter. He was very helpful and efficient, pointing out all the products available and listening to the result I wanted to achieve. The products were ordered, delivered on the day promised, and a phone call from Levi informed me when the delivery was on its way. I would recommend Stafford Branch, for their helpful and friendly service.

My wife and I, firstly contacted a Stafford kitchen installation team, Stephen Fernyhough plumber 07515 196580, and Martin Beeson carpenter,07834 559274. Martin highly recommended Howden's kitchen supplies,Stafford Branch,I arranged a an appointment the kitchen designer Rob he arrived at my house within days took all the measurements,and a week later he invited us to choose between 2 different plans which he had displayed on a large tv screen,we made our choice and paid for the materials he arranged for the delivery which arrived within a week, he also contacted our fitters and gave us a date for installation Rob and the manager Phil, were so helpful and professional and we couldn't have been in better hands,yes there was a few Nick's which were promptly sorted,my wife and I are over the moon with our new kitchen,

Units are ok. Bit surprised they template the slabtec tops and supply quartz as a self fit. Slabtec is a doddle to fit.

The Staff are exceptional.

Staff and manager at Stafford Howdens will tell you anything that they think you want to hear in order to get a sale.
Will never visit another Howdens ever again.
So pleased we our new kitchen from Howarth Timber and Kitchens in Stafford, there quality of carcass and kitchen doors make Howdens look like a dolls house quality and less expensive then Howdens too.

Recently purchased our kitchen from Howdens now having been fitted very happy with our choices/quality alongside Alicia's suggestions and recommendations from Howdens. Alicia has kept us upto date with progress of our orders. Wanted to post this and recommend for future customers.

Door handles snap off. Cheap and dangerous products.
