Used Howdens for a kitchen remodel and was a bit weary due to this being a new experience. I was assisted through the process by Nimai whose expertise and exceptional customer service made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. From design to installation, everything was handled with professionalism and care. I highly recommend Howdens Kitchens and Nimai for their outstanding service and quality products.

I went to howdens earlier this year with visions of how I wanted to transform my kitchen but little idea of how to go about it. After working together with the staff here, my visions were brought to life and I couldn’t be happier. Big shout out to Nimai for helping me with the designs and product choices. Fantastic service!

Excellent communication skills, and extremely personable throughout the process. No hidden fees and was upfront about the work I was getting done from the get go. Firstly, at very short notice Reema Kitchen Designer came to do a home survey consultation and captured our ideas and budget for the kitchen in our outhouse. We took on board all her ideas and she emphasised where we needed to make sacrifices to our expectations to stay on budget. She remained conscious of our budget at all times and the finalised quote met our exact needs.

It was very clear from the word go that she loves designing and was very enthusiastic and passionate about her job. We adored her bubbly and engaging personality. Wish we could bottle all this up. Reema is an exceptional and inspirational Kitchen Designer. We loved working with her very much which resulted in a fabulous design and a successful order - delivery in 1 weeks time!!!. 4-6 weeks elsewhere.

She was extremely flexible, efficient in her approach and very clear. She was fully versed with Howdens extensive product range too. She knew we had other quotes but put no pressure on us at all. She went not just the extra mile but an extra 10!

We had been to other places for our kitchen design but Reema outshined them all in all respects. Her special efforts and design had us sold. We could not have asked for more and are very happy and grateful to her. Thank you Reema and Howdens for helping us create our Outhouse.
