The boys at Howdens Sunbury are always very knowledgable & helpful toward any project I have. Always friendly service especially Ollie, even on a Monday morning… Jack & Jake also are a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent quality and service

Always a pleasant experience to visit Howdens at Sunbury. The staff there are always helpful and knowledgeable. Have used Howdens products for a number of different projects and the products and materials have always been of good standard, and competitively priced.

I recently had the pleasure of working with sunbury Howdens for the design and installation of my kitchen, and I must say, it was an overall positive experience. The customer service provided by Jack, Ollie, Jake, holly and Sam was exceptional. They were attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring my needs were met throughout the process.

The kitchen design was executed brilliantly, with careful attention to detail, functionality, and aesthetics. The team, including Holly the designer, did an excellent job in bringing my vision to life. I'm thrilled with my new kitchen, and it's a testament to their expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I appreciate the effort and dedication shown by the Howdens team, and I would highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and quality kitchen designs.

We looked at other kitchen suppliers and found although they maybe slightly cheaper in price your don’t get the service, professionalism or quality of units, which when paying a lot of money you need. Craig dealt with our enquiry right through to completion. He received many emails from us and also we went into the Sunbury showroom as we changed details many times even three days before the kitchen was going to be delivered. Each time he answered the email quickly and reassured us that he understood it had to be right. The service craig gave was second to none, his attention to detail, organisational skills and manner is brilliant. The kitchen is now fitted and looks amazing. I cannot thank craig enough or Sunbury branch the whole staff are happy and professional and all seem to enjoy there jobs which is great to see. We would highly recommend them. You definitely would not be disappointed. Thank you Craig for all your help. Great service but most importantly he has got the design perfect for us . An update we also had the quartz work tops fitted they came and measured up and then 9 days later came back to fitted them. They were brilliant three guys who were so professional, it’s perfect.

We designed our first kitchen with Craig at Sunbury Howdens and felt compelled to write a review after we completed the design stage today. The kitchen result is outstanding and we are so happy with the experience. Craig was highly knowledgable and experienced, patient, friendly and helped us craft a dream kitchen. He spent two hours designing the kitchen, listening to what we wanted and making constant tweaks until the result was perfect. Before showing us practically how it all worked and examples downstairs and putting no pressure on us to buy - although of course we put the deposit down immediately. I can’t speak highly enough of the experience from start to finish at Howdens. Thank you Craig for helping us craft our dream kitchen, you’re a real asset to the company. Can’t wait to see the finished result!

Well knowledgable staff ; and good selection of stock

Everything was good. Everyone helpful, and finished kitchen looks amazing. Holly guided the design process very well. Chris, the fitter, and his colleagues were considerate and skillful workers and finished on time and on budget.

Holly designed our kitchen and saw the process through to completion. She was very perceptive to our needs and was able to make changes and alternations quickly so we could see different outlays. Holly has excellent knowledge of the products and was able to advise us on material and colour combinations. We had been to another kitchen design company and Howdens were heads and shoulders above them, with a far quicker lead time.

So this journey started out what seems like ages ago and was in fact around Sept ‘22 when we were scoping out what we could have and indeed, afford. Craig Taylor from Howdens in Sunbury was Uber helpful from day one providing numerous layouts and plans so we could compare like for like. Finally, the extension that was started beginning of Jan ‘23, was at a stage when the kitchen could go in. I have to mention here Holley Building services (Matt and Tom) for the absolute excellent job they did with the whole project including the kitchen fit. We decided to get the whole lot from Howdens Sunbury; units, appliances, work tops and flooring and every aspect was very good (although I will mention again Holley building services Ltd for their skill in fitting the units, appliances and flooring). Back to Craig, at all times he was available to speak to and happy to see us at short notice. The changes we made were unreal but no complaints just a willingness to ensure we were happy. Delivery was arranged by Holley’s and seemed to have no issues around it and the finished quality of all the products is absolutely fantastic. It’s a shame I don’t know how to post a picture because I really don’t think my review does the finished product justice. Highly recommend Howdens Sunbury and Craig Taylor.
