Howdens - Tavistock Reviews 

We have just purchased our replacement doors with Howdens, through the carpenter who is doing the work for us.

I popped into the branch to pay the bill, but as is always the case, realised I had a number of questions. Callum spent so much time with me, patiently and expertly answering my endless queries, showing me samples and even giving me answers to questions I didn't know I had! His knowledge of the products is remarkable. He is polite, professional, responsive and ultimately left me feeling like our order and our custom really mattered to him and to the business.

This morning I called him at 8am to ask if we could move our scheduled delivery to today. He called me back literally 3 minutes later having sorted it all out. The doors were delivered as he promised at 2pm.

He is an absolute credit to the Tavistock branch, and to the wider company. In a post Covid world, where sadly customer service is often so lacking, he is the exemplar of how to build trust, respect and make your customers feel valued.

Very helpful but you system is not customer friendly. I wanted tp my account quickly but had to wait until I had been the right paperwork by the right department

Yet again Callum sorted our issue with endless patience and good humour. He has been so helpful with everything we have bought through the branch. He goes out of his way to solve every problem we have brought to him, including the awkward design and layout of our bathroom units.

Absolutely fantastic service from Phil and every member of his team. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are always helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Loved the design they came up with for our new kitchen and were extremely patient throughout the whole process with my many questions and tweaks. Absolutely delighted, a great product backed up by an even better team, and fantastic customer service and support. Would not go anywhere else and would highly recommend to everyone. Massive thank you to you all.

Every other day I use Howdens in Tavistock, Devon. Howdens products are fantastic but the customer service is what keeps me going back, even for smaller things like caulk and screws. Callum in particular is unbelievably helpful. Outstanding customer service. He always goes the extra mile to help my company achieve what we need. His response time is better than 999. A gentleman with huge potential to drive howdens further on, when his opportunity arrives.

Delivery staff were considerate when delivering the kitchen with placing it in the house, the team at the Tavistock branch were informative and very helpful.

I recently used Tavistock Howdens to design my brand new utility room and subsequent kitchen re-fit. Dougie and colleagues were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient - always happy to discuss a detail, give advice and alter the design as required. Once the order had arrived, one or two forgotten or incorrect items were quickly replaced without fuss. The finished rooms are practical and smart and I would definitely recommend the Tavistock Howdens experience.
