I just wanted to write a review about the brilliant service we received from Howdens Stafford park Telford In my opinion every store should have a Sara and Dawn, Sara came out and designed my kitchen I thought I would need an extension to get what i wanted from my kitchen however Sara was very knowledgable and made some suggestions which we hadn’t thought of. After I ordered my kitchen the service I received was awesome their knowledge of their product was second to none. I know they were very busy with sales but any queries we had were answered promply. Their attention to detail was impressive and gave us good advice if we asked. They certainly go above and beyond nothing was too much trouble. i will certainly recommend them. They are both fine ambassadors for the Howden Company

Well done Howdens Telford, your ticking all the boxes! From an exceptionally professional designer who dealt with multiple changes to the kitchen design, always accommodating my client with no fuss, thank you Ben. To the delivery which again was on time and everything accounted for, even sent a helping hand from the busy warehouse to help me unload everything as I was on my own. Thank you Shaun (warehouse) and Matthew (delivery driver) for a friendly no hassle drop. Thank you finally to the in house team for making it all happen.

Howdens have been superb not only ensuring my prices to clients are competitive but also by recommending me as a key fitter. They have reviewed my work, completed their due diligence and in just the last 3 weeks I have had calls as a recommended fitter from Howdens. Thank guys.

Firstly I’d like to mention I have nothing against howdens I believe they’re a great company, However my experience with Telford Stafford park could easily change that view.
After purchasing a property in Telford to renovate and sell on, I thought it a good idea to visit the local depot to get some ideas of the products they sell. Needless to say they didn’t do a very good job!
I was made aware of the new refurb they have had done but the product knowledge was minimal to say the very least.
Then when they asked if I’d like a designer to come out to survey the property to which I kindly declined and mentioned I’d be getting another branch to do said survey, they went on to try and change my mind, understandable as they obviously want the business however to start bad mouthing another depot did not sit well with myself. They mentioned how said depot didn’t have very good designers and I’d get better discounts there if I was to open my account with them and not the other.
I took all the information in as they were feeding me obviously careless lies, and left utterly shocked by the comments I just heard. Didn’t even think it necessary to mention they had just bad mouthed the depot my daughter works for and is actually a designer for! All in all my little visit to get some ideas didn’t end very well and I was left disappointed in the way the company do business.

I have recently purchased a new kitchen from Howdens of Telford . The quality of the items are very good . And the staff are very good at there job . Specially Amy and Sally are great

I had Jose from the telford deport come and plan my new office and supply
i was not told that i was having a kitchen supplied inside of a office which you say on your web site office furniture
you can not work on a kitchen unit for a office and i have paid for it to be picked up and now they want me to pay to get it sent back ?? Howden fault for sending everything wrong
I have also had to pay for the fitters as they say it is not there fault which has cost me a further £800 and no office
i am now without my old office and not happy

For the last 35 years, I have wanted a Howdens kitchen and at last, I have fulfilled my dream thanks to Ben at Howdens Telford. From the moment we booked Ben to design our new kitchen, the whole procedure has been an exciting journey. His knowledge and efficiency are second to none. Everything arrived on time and may I say, Howdens, you did us proud!!! Thank you so much. Our kitchen is beautiful and each morning I feel that I must have moved!! You will come highly recommended.
