What a fantastic five star service from everyone working at Howdens West Worthing! A special mention to Debbie who's knowledge and clever ideas brought our kitchen design to life. Also a special mention to Rhys, Jordan and Ella who were all so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them sorting out any minor issues arranging deliveries etc. The kitchen looks fabulous and we are so happy with the excellent quality of the product. I would highly recommend.

So, I've had my Greenwich style kitchen in for about 7-8 months. It cost me a little under 11k for 14 cabinets and some worktops. Is it worth the money? Not really. The quality and spec isn't as good as their hype would have you believe; the inside of some of the cupboards has chipped already and the laminate worktops look lovely but are very poor quality and are already getting marked just from cleaning sprays.
We had problems before it was even fitted with wrong measurements that meant changing some of the units, the wrong stuff sent out and we were still waiting for doors a fortnight after it was fitted so don't believe them when they say everything is always in stock. The only saving grace was that the deputy manager was extremely helpful in getting everything sorted out. I can't recommend this branch but what I must add is that we moved here from London 2 years ago during the pandemic and we put a lot of problems down to the supply issues around that time. However, with all the experiences we've had getting work done by various builders etc. we've found that the entire ethos and attitude to professionalism down here is a problem with getting stuff done with anything.

Absolutely cant fault the kitchen. Saying that a few parts arrived damaged and a couple of wrong pieces were wrong but thanks to my kichen fitters were taken back and sorted. My problem lies with the office staff who are impossible to get hold of, either not in the office or never return your call, ( who i wanted to speak to wasnt at her desk/ busy and would call back in 5mins) time and time again i was told this and would never hear back. The worst customer service ever. A few people who i know was looking to buy a kitchen after me, due to my experience are unfortunately going elsewhere

Since the west Worthing branch opened. I’ve found the staff have been fantastic. Having used Howdens as a company for years, this branch really shines through. Organised and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you

The Howdens staff were eager to help me with the choice of a tall kitchen cabinet . It came as a flat pack for easy transport. Good quality construction. Simple assembly , including soft close hinges. All off the shelf. Another satisfied customer.

The team at West Worthing were lovely. Debbie produced an outstanding design after an in depth one on one meeting, and managed to capture every detail that we mentioned throughout the entire design process. Following this was amazingly patient with my endless questions, and organised changes to swap things over (kitchen was part of an extension and the dimensions were different slightly than the original plans) for me at great speed. Rhyse and Jordan were also really helpful with the account side of things when changes were made to arranging refunds etc. All in all absolutely first class service!

Bought a kitchen from the West Worthing branch and couldn't be happier. Debbie came up with a lovely design and the team made the whole process very simple. There were a couple of little snags but they sorted these out immediately with no fuss. Brilliant customer service, a good price and great quality product. Whole heartedly recommended! Paid a lot of money and got an ugly worktop
I have no choice but to write this comment! It is estimated that businesses do not care about customer experience, will only be in the dealer and installer between the buck-passing, so when you update the kitchen must think twice!
This time last year the installation partner of HOWDENS asked the designer from HOWDENS to design my kitchen and the dealer gave me a list of materials and a quotation. The Worktop I choose is Wor2160 White Marble Compact Laminate Worktop 3m*12.5mm, with a piece of 295.5 pounds. According to the size and design drawings of the Worktop, two boards are enough, but they insist that I buy three. I questioned it, and they didn't give me an answer, they just weren't happy I questioned it!
Only two piece worktop were used, and the third one was missing. I asked about the 295.5 pound worktop, and they said it was broken. I wanted to see where it was broken, and they said it was thrown away! At that time, the house was full of construction waste, but this board immediately disappeared. This material is very strong, really do not understand why broken immediately disappeared! Even if it was damaged, it could be used for something else. Why did it disappear? That's three hundred pounds!
Worktop is joined together by 3 parts U model, two juncture, from beginning to end did not join up the gap all the time, the gap is there all the time, the material that filled many times was cracked before they leave, did not join up at all, very ugly, and ooze water. But they said they couldn't do it, they weren't familiar with the material. They are partners of Howdens, but their work is very irregular, unprofessional and undedicated.
Neither the dealer nor the installer cared, I questioned the whereabouts of the third board, and they threatened to tear down the kitchen when it was almost finished!
I am now helpless, can only watch the ugly board leaking every day. Remind you to think twice, must choose responsible dealers and installers

I rarely need to go anywhere else as it’s almost all in one place.
