We have just had a new kitchen from Howdens and the service I received from my first meeting with Jim at the Worcester branch to talk about what I would like through to the planning and whole process up to completion has been outstanding. Jim has been in contact throughout, contacting me very quickly with any queries I had and made.sure everything ran smoothly. The design is exactly what I had in my head and the kitchen is very good quality. I am really impressed with everything and would definately recommend them

I deal with Howdens for kitchens through my work and Ryan and the team are fantastic, I also sorted my own kitchen with Ryan who was brilliant at thinking up some great creative ideas to make my kitchen more unique and perfect for us. I order many kitchens throughout the range and they have something for every design and budget.

We dealt with Ryan Grainger mostly though Jess and the rest of the team were very helpful and attentive throughout. We spoke with other suppliers but Ryan knew his stuff on all areas and had an answer to all our questions that was clearly based on knowledge & experience. We felt confident that our new kitchen process would be handled professionally.

Absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and utility room from Howdens. Their designer Jim Walton is friendly, knowledgeable and very patient! He knows the products inside out and worked with us to design a kitchen that was right for our needs. We were keen to maximise storage and he had so many clever suggestions of how to make the most of the space. The products are high quality with a huge range of options. Jim supported us throughout the whole process, from initial ideas to completion, swiftly dealing with a couple of minor issues that arose. Thank you again.

Avoid the silestone worktops! 3 months after our long awaited new kitchen was complete, we have very obvious white scratches on our dark silestone worktop. The area has had very little use and has only had a smooth wooden chopping board on it , which we use to put hot pans onto, so not really any movement, the board just sits there. The company that supplies these worktops to Howdens have refused any responsibility! This is despite a supposed 25 year warranty on 'highly durable ' worktops! They claim it is our fault. Clearly their product is unfit for use in a normal family kitchen! This has ruined our kitchen and having just spent a considerable sum, we cannot pay to replace it so will have to live with a new kitchen that is now spoiled. I have since found many reviews of cosentino indicating that this is a consistent problem with this company. I am surprised and disappointed that Howdens continue to supply their worktops. Thousands of pounds for worktops that are not fit for even a few months of ordinary kitchen usage!
Kitchen units are ok

All the people I spoke to at Howden were very helpful and pleasant and not in a rush to get a way

Kitchen designer Jim understood what we wanted, drew the plans up accordingly and delivery was very prompt

Ryan at the Worcester Store was very knowledgeable. He helped make the whole experience alot easier. Would recommend Ryan and the Worcester branch.

After initial contact, correspondence was swift and Ryan was attentive throughout the design process and after installation. A number of suggestions made during the design process have proved to be just what we wanted. Ryan was able to interpret our design ideas into reality including some additional items we hadn't thought would be possible. We never felt under pressure to rush our decisions or choose any options that we weren't happy with. The quality of units and appliances is very good. We would/have recommended Howdens to our friends/family and colleagues. Jane & Chris

Great last minute buy just before Christmas , I did leave a bit late but the stafff behind the counter didn’t rush me out the door before the were due to close for Christmas
