Contacted HP Northampton to speak with a recommended solicitor in respect of preparing a simple Declaration of Trust document. No answer on either landline or mobile phone and no response to two emails I sent. Disappointing.

Stuck in “send your enquiry by post” world !
They are okay when you deal with them, average solicitor, however when you ask for help relating to old case (I needed copy of the invoice that I paid few years ago), no one can help. No one answers the mailbox with the general enquiries submitted on their website. Waiting for an answer for 3 weeks now. When I called their Milton Keynes office I was told that actually no one monitors that mailbox and I need to send my enquiry via post ! Via post ?! I was just requesting a copy of my invoice. Nowadays, in post-Covid world, I thought we all have progressed and can work online. Absolutely impossible to get anyone to help.
