Had planned to import a small light truck from this company and i had made a deposit based on a client commitment to pay extra money and we kept communicating the transaction was initiated by a sales lady called sally or miss sally ,after some months she called and said the truck was sold out and she offered option ,but in the process we requested for refund to date they dont want to refund the deposit made of one thousand six hundred dollars . This company is not to be trusted and I encourage most Africans to avoid at all cost in engaging with this company before you fall into this kind of situation ,protect your funds and buy from trusted chinese companies ..I have written several emails to sally to refund she refused which is illegal. Africans dont trade with sally and the company .

On Jan 26, 2026, we confirmed the payment terms by phone, and you confirmed again by message afterwards.
On Jan 28, I sent you the proforma invoice, which clearly stipulated: USD 2,000 deposit to reserve the truck seven days, the remaining deposit should be paid within two days. And the balance should be paid within 15 days .
On Feb 7, we discussed the other one wheel truck. I explained the reservation rule to you again: a USD 1,000 （30% of total amount) deposit for that one wheel truck can only reserve it for one week. For two wheels light truck same as one wheel light truck:
A minimum 30% deposit is required for long-term reservation. You fully understood this rule.
On Feb 9, you informed me that you would arrange the payment within that week, but we never received money after one week.
On Feb 23, you replied that your client would make the payment, but his partner in the USA was slow to respond, and you would update me by the end of month.
On Feb 26, you confirmed again that your client would arrange payment.
On Mar 10, I reminded you that the balance had been overdue for one month.
On Apr 14, Apr 21, Apr 30 and May 11, our company sent you four formal notifications, but we never received money any more.
Due to the long-overdue balance payment, we confirmed that the Buyer fails to make payments on time, the Seller has the right to terminate this contract unilaterally, dispose the commodities and deduct all the advance payment (and guaranty bond) in addition to claiming damages from the Buyer.
