Great service and really helpful over the phone to help place my order. Delivery details were clear but disappointed the delivery man just left the lights on a pallet on my drive without explanation and drove off leaving me having to work out how I was going to get them into my home.

Wow! What a Service!
We wanted an Original BTC Circle Line Floor Light and Hoxton had a great deal on them, but did they have them in stock?
I emailed them at 20:45 and received a reply back from Steve 10 minutes later saying that he'd check the stock first thing the next morning and come back to me. At 9:25 the following day he emailed me to say that they had plenty in stock and could ship immediately.
The light arrived 2 days later, well packaged and looking fabulous!
This is the first time I've dealt with Hoxton Lights, but it certainly won't be the last.
