Having purchased a new officejet Pro from HP for my new office. My technician set this up and connect it to the internet and approximately 10 days later I then began to use the office and the copier printer. At this point I signed up for the instant ink contract which was supposed to give 3 months free ink. When the ink that I have purchased along with the machine ran out, I have to chase HP for further supplies and was then sent an invoice for the copies that's how I've made from day one. When querying this with their customer service I was met with a very negative response extremely unhelpful and a very rude operative who refused to cancel the invoice. The Free 3 months offered is a scam and as far as I am concerned HP or crooks
