Sound card
Bought a sound card (Auzentech Forte 7.1) that apparently did not work (in my setup). After a longer correspondance with Auzentech Support, the manufacturer offered to replace the sound card. Sending the sound card to USA seemed cumbersome and it was not certain that a new card would solve the problem. Therefore I decided to contact the shop and ask for reimbursement, which they accepted.

English:
I've had a little problem with my order that some items wasn't in stock. So I contacted the support and found out they had a totally awesome service.
They always replied fast and gave me the answers I was missing so that I could get my order shipped fast as possible. The shipment itself took impressive 2 days in general but I did wait a few weeks on the missing items before it did actually ship out.
Other than that, good prices, good assortment and excellent English speaking service - I can only recommend this store too for English speaking costumers.
