Excellent Quality, Fast Delivery & Professional Service

I’ve had an excellent experience with HP Nutrition and have been consistently impressed with the overall service. Their product range is extensive, and the quality is always very high, which gives great confidence when ordering.

Shipping is fast and reliable, with orders arriving promptly, which is a big plus. The team is professional, efficient, and clearly focused on delivering a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

Have been purchasing items regularly…

Have been purchasing items regularly and always received excellent service and lightening delivery no issues. I did have a concern recently and I must say they were back to me instantly and everything was sorted. My order also arrived with an extra treat as a thank you. Definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in following a healthy lifestyle 👍

Shocking customer service

Customer service is shocking,see there response to my lost order below,I certainly don't want to pay twice,lol.
Lucky for me i used PayPal, they sorted my refund straight away.

Because the courier has not officially declared the parcel "lost," their system still shows it as active in the queue. While we expect it to be delivered, we cannot currently confirm a specific timeframe for when that will happen, as the parcel is still technically in the courier's network. I truly understand that this doesn't solve your immediate need for your supplements.

We have two ways we can proceed to get this resolved for you today:

Option 1 (Fastest): You can place a new order today using DPD Premium Shipping (1–2 working days). If you do this, I will personally ensure complimentary shakers and samples are added to your package, and I will refund the shipping fee on this new order for you. When the original An Post parcel eventually arrives, simply refuse the delivery so it returns to us for a full refund.

Option 2 (Refund): If you would prefer not to wait any longer and don't want to place a new order, you can simply refuse the current An Post delivery when it arrives. Once the tracking shows it is being returned to our warehouse, we will issue a full refund for the order.

I realize it is never ideal to have to place a second order while waiting for an original to arrive, and I am sorry that our current options aren't more seamless. We simply want to ensure you aren't left without your products any longer.

Always noticed the fast delivery time,
Had one issue there where I ordered an item that went out of stock I assume it was just poor timing, popular product it’s understandable, the sales team got onto me to let me know and asked me to swap for another item (my choice) or get a refund, I swapped to my second preference and got the order a day later,
Very professional and easy to deal with, continuing to use HP for the foreseeable

Great service from HP Nutrition Ireland

Great service from HP Nutrition. I ordered 2 24-can packs of Monster Energy yesterday and they arrived today, which is seriously fast delivery. Everything was well packaged and exactly as ordered. Prices were good too. Definitely ordering again 👍

Damaged Product and Poor Customer Service

I ordered a product that arrived, outer packaging was all good and in tact, when I opened it up, the product was in the box, seals broken and the lid cracked.
I contacted the company and they said it usually happens in transit, (but the outer packet was 100%) so they offered a refund if I take time out of my day to send it back or if I keep faulty product I get 20% off, when all this could have been avoided if they checked the product before they sent it, when really it is just fit for the bin.

Big scammer

*Warning: Avoid Purchasing from This Company*

I'm writing to share my disappointing experience with a product I purchased from a company based in Delhi. I ordered a Fat Loss Kit, and the representatives I dealt with were Harsh and Monika.
Initially, I started taking the product, but within a day, I experienced severe health issues, including heart palpitations. I consulted a doctor, who advised me to stop taking the product immediately, citing potential heart risks.
As per their return policy, I reached out to Harsh and Monika to report the issue and request a refund. However, they refused to take back the product, and instead, directed me to speak with their head, Kajal. Kajal initially agreed to look into the matter but failed to follow up, and subsequently stopped responding to my calls.
Despite multiple attempts to contact the Delhi branch, I've been met with silence. I've lost ₹5000 and endured significant distress due to their unresponsive customer service.I urge others to exercise caution and avoid purchasing from this company, as their return policy seems to be misleading, and their customer support is unresponsive

Completely Unprofessional – Never Ordering Again

I have never dealt with a company as unprofessional and frustrating as this one. I placed an order, paid extra for express delivery, and they still managed to send the wrong products. What followed was over a week of confusion, excuses, and complete lack of accountability.

Instead of fixing their mistake quickly, they made the process unnecessarily difficult — refusing to collect the wrong items at a reasonable time and insisting that I handle the return myself. Their so-called “customer service” hides behind courier policies instead of actually helping their customers.

This experience has been exhausting, time-consuming, and deeply disappointing.
I will never order from this company again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with them. There are plenty of other companies in Ireland that actually respect their customers and understand what good service means.

It smelled like burned plastic or acid nothing like the products that I bought before from them so looks like they are trying to scam us by selling bad and faulty products and they offer no help or refund or exchange for the products that are bad!!!
Terrible experience avoid them at all cost.

Avoid removes best before dates…

Got protein power with the best before and batch code removed. At least if it had the batch code I could check if it was still in date. clearly is not since both of them have been removed
