Valves were not as expected. Tried to arrange a refund immediately but no response. After a few weeks had an email to say they would look into to it and nothing more. Further emails went unanswered. Advertises itself s a UK business but valves are shipped in from China. Avoid avoid avoid. Scammers. £140 out of pocket.

Despite all these negative reviews, my order arrived within eight days, be aware that these will come from China so may take a week or two.
The initial order confirmation had a link to Evri that didn’t work, once the goods arrived into the UK Evri depot this link updates and provides delivery info.
Happy with the valves although I hadn’t realised they would be shipped from across the world!

Only mobile no. Phone takes a while to actually ring so unlikely UK based, no-one answer email about delays in delivery or picks up phone. When you get email confirmation, company appears china based. Needed item urgently and na da. Would not have ordered if known company no to be mobile and poss not UK based.

Wrong valves, tried to contact company but no contact.
Im out of pocket by £200. How is this company still allowed to trade
Trying to get my money back via complaining to my bank but not hopeful. Do Not Use This Company.

Ordered some radiator valves from their website. Arrived promptly but were poor quality and surface finish. Sent multiple emails and called numerous times but no answer when asking for return details.

Cant give 1 star as they did arrive but be warned, I very much doubt you'll get any joy returning unwated goods.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unfortunately I did not read the other reviews before spending over £300 on radiator valves that have never arrived.

I got emails in the beginning telling me my products will be shipped, and I got supplied (I now know) was a total bogus tracking number.

I got a few emails of a man called David ( I don’t even know if this is his real name) reassuring me that my shipment would be coming with EVRI which was in fact a total lie and it had obviously never been shipped at all.

This David is now ignoring my emails, so two weeks in and i still have no products, and I have my credit card company fighting to get my money back.

Avoid this company at all costs! they are a total scam company and will take your money and run.

Trading standards should get this company shut down.

DO NOT buy off these people They take your money and run Thrives and scammers

They are scammers. They have a UK website, but ask for returns to be sent to china which is obviously extortionate. Will not refund otherwise.

Swift delivery - but when I needed to return half of what I bought due to not needing them I have had zero response to multiple emails and no one has answered the phone either. Scammers it seems.

Felt i had to leave a review seeing all these negative ones! They quoted 5-9 day delivery. Came on day 9. Lovely product at a super price in the quoted delivery window. Thanks!

Avoid been waiting for two weeks for valves good job I ordered via PayPal

Been waiting 10 days for valves , emailed and called no answer , must be a scam after reading the other reviews

Like the other people below, we have ordered radiator valves and they have not arrived. We tried phoning the company, but no one picks up the phone to help and our emails have been ignored. What a scam!

Avoid avoid avoid!! Paid for express shipping 2 to 7 days its been over 2 weeks now!! This is not a UK company everything comes from China do not be fooled by the UK mobile number. Nobody responds to any messages its an utter scam. This Company or whoever is dealing with the UK side needs shutting down

I placed an order on 4 Dec. I have not received the delivery and they do not respond to emails or phone calls. I have no heating and it's freezing cold and there is no prospect that I can see of receiving my goods. It's now 20 Dec and it looks like it's going to be a very uncomfortable Christmas. I wish I had seen these other reviews before I ordered. Avoid. Do not transact with these people.

Order two vintage radiator valves that never arrived. They wont answer any emails. Basically just ignoring me. Ive gone through paypal but still no response from them. Its been two weeks, several emails, no response. I will update if they respond

Do not buy from them!!! I have placed an order on 13 March and paid for an express delivery £10 extra and the order has still not arrive!!! They are very slow at responding to any of my email!!! Just avoid it

Sold a faulty radiator valve which leaked on thread in to radiator. When I tried to take valve tail out it shredded inside radiator. Now I have a broken valve and radiator which I can't use. A refund for valve was quickly given after my initial email which they thought I'd be grateful for but I now have a useless £189 radiator. Now silence on communication front.
These are definitely NOT made in Britain!
