I made deposit 400euro, made winning to 930euro, when I want withdraw, they woudnt withdraw, write same mail technical issue for withdraw, you can deposit but withdraw no possible, classic scam. I have all proofs about my case.
the costumer service does not speak your language and is using a translator, they dont respond, the wont help you. Once you have a problem, you are done.
I started to use their site for sportbetting, which was quite okay with good odds but the HORROR started when I tried to withdraw my winnings (~1000 EUR).
There were so many problem with them, so I just list some of them:
- Only reply in 3-4 days
- Ask ridiculous amount photo of the same thing. For example I had to send a photo 7 times, because the resolution was not good. But I made an excellent photo (UHD quality) and it was readable, but they always ask a new one and imagine they always answer in 3-4 days.
- Once they approve a photo (with the same resolution which was not good earlier
), and seems everthying fine, suddenly ask more photo of the previusly approved photo just to delay your payment
- and finally they ALWAYS come up something to NOT PAY YOU (not finding the previously approved photo etc...)
NEVER EVER USE THIS money steailing dishonest website.
