I had a good experience with this company. The price was very good, I was updated about delivery and the hair spray arrived in excellent time. The product (I have used previously) is of good quality and does exactly what it says, holds difficult hair in place all day. I would recommend the product and the seller.

Useless courier
Not your fault really, but Evri have lost the parcel (you split the order into 2 and they only delivered 1 parcel). They have lost the parcel completely. To be honest, if I had known you used Evri I would not have ordered from you; they lost practically everything.

Excellent customer service.
The body wash I ordered was delivered and had leaked but HQHair provided excellent customer service and resolved the issue very quickly by providing a partial refund.
I will be buying from them again in the future.

Hydration face cream bottle half empty
OK so first of all the primer is amazing . As Is the hydration cream. However the bottle size is ridiculously small for the price I paid .. secondly the hydration cream wasn't even half full . So for an order that cost me over £50 I'm not at all happy. *update* as a good will gesture the company has refunded me my money for the half empty bottle . I'm happy about this ..I didn't ask for it and wasn't expecting it either. But still am still thankful for the speedy response and good will gesture

Tried to place an order like I’ve done before but wasn’t able,because site kept saying United Kingdom and wouldn’t let me put my Ireland address ,just got a reply from Hq hair saying they don’t ship to Ireland,that’s news to me,because I only ordered something a few weeks ago,this company didn’t even have the decency to inform there customers in Ireland they no longer ship here

Misleading ad
Item received was different to photo. I required the product pictured on ad with verse on outside of bottle as it was first a Birthday gift. Instead I have been sent body lotion in different bottle. Also this is firming body lotion which is not what I orded. It will be returned. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
