Professional and genuinely useful
A really professional, useful service that is worth much more than £9 a week.
I signed up not sure what to expect, but the advice has been just as good and usually more detailed than my expensive solicitor. The library of articles in the app is a bit sparse (they are quite new) but the ability to chat with a real HR expert is the main feature and that is excellent. A couple of times I was surprised when Stephanie went above and beyond to help me, and the response times really are measured in minutes.
Obviously hope you never have HR issues, but if you do this app is definitely worth using as part of your preparations.

I had several SMS chats with Stephanie that put my mind at ease and was able to, consequently, make informed decisions.

Absolutley brilliant, fantastic amazing
Absolutley brilliant. No matter what time they have a patients to help you deal with any matter right in your pocket. They was more helpfull to me than my union or any legal help that would cost me.
