Had a problem with a G-shock watch which had been left out overnight in cold weather, and the analogue hands were running 30 minutes slow and I was unable to carry out any adjustments, Took it into this shop where 2 very nice ladies explained about several reasons for the problem, and it was most likely due to magnets. I had to leave it with them, and as I had another watch to use this was not a problem. I left the shop expecting the phone call to let me know it was fixed, would take days if not weeks. How surprised, and pleased was I ??, when the call came in to me late morning next day on the Saturday.
The same 2 Ladies were present when I attended the shop around 1330 to get my watch back as good as new!! Both were as pleasant as the day before and I believed slightly amused at my reaction to the speedy return of my watch. Excellent!

Was in the shop today and Suzanne helped me. Fantastic customer service, cleaned my old chain and the pendant that was on it. Got a good discount also. Would definitely recommend to people.

Popped into H Samuel’s today & received great service. Suzanne was fantastic & very accommodating. She cleaned my mums ring & brought it back to life. It definitely put the “sparkle” into my day as well as my mums lovely ring. Thanks so much Suzanne.

I went in to see if they could help me get my Tiffany’s necklace cleaned and they did it there and then and didn’t even charge me for it. Very friendly and did a great job on my necklace!

Assistant was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the item I bought on 19/06/2021 for my granddaughter as a gift for her Graduation. I gave it to her on 21/06/2021. It was a special offer £135.00 reduced to £35. The chain has discoloured I suspect it is not silver. I am returning it to the Arbroath shop on 01/07/2021

Was kept waiting fairly long outside while assistant cleaned the window display . Didn't want to go in to ask for help as there were customers already in being served by another assistant.
When being served however the girl was cheerful and polite.
