I didn't feel the sales assistant was very welcoming. And certainly didn't tell me a replacement battery for a watch would cost me £9. Which I nearly choke on when I was told. Couldn't exactly say take it out, well I could have.
Now I'm worried how much it will cost to have my ring repaired. I certainly will be looking at other jewelers before having to go back to Samuel's, and it is a same as Samuel's was always your trusted go to local jewelers.

Wenger Men's Watch
My partner was really pleased with the Wenger watch I bought for his 60th birthday from your Aylesbury branch. Unfortunately it was sold without the battery working. We were in Brighton for his birthday and took it to your branch there who were very helpful and fixed the problem but did say the watch shouldn't have been sold without checking it's working condition before giving it to me.
