I chose H Samuels Bexleyheath to have my five year old daughter's ears pierced. This had been much anticipated and planned for months so my daughter could coincide it with the school summer holidays. The staff here could not have been nicer or more helpful from the point of booking to the final event, and they made having her ears pierced a really special event for her.

Maddie and Bina could not have been more patient and professional. Maddie spent time talking to my daughter, reassuring her, answering her questions and showing her how they do the piercing and what they use. This really put my daughter's mind at rest. On the day Maddie really went to great lengths to ensure the piercing mark was positioned on the ear precisely where is should be, she showed us several times and gave us the opportunity to make any changes before she did the piercing. Maddie could not have been more patient. We chose to have both ears pierced at the same moment, so Maddie's manager, Bina came to help. Both ladies could not have been sweeter or more lovely to my daughter, who did not even flinch when they did the piercing.

My daughter received a certificate and a little goody bag after, she was delighted. All these little touches made for such a lovely experience for my daughter.

Huge thanks again to Maddie and Bina for their kindness and professionalism.

Looking in H Samuel Bexleyheath with my wife. We were looking for idea's for Christmas presents 🎁.
We had help from Lisa and Maddie and ended up buying some earrings.
Would thoroughly recommend the store as it has a good choice and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful 👍.

An absolutely lovely person called Sue was very helpful for us helped us pick out lovely wedding ring and was super nice and pleasant to talk to definitely will be going there again if we need any more rings thank you so much

My daughter- in-law and Granddaughter were in H.Samuel in Bexleyheath last Saturday 27th July to have my Granddaughter's ears pierced.
Although really wanting them done, this ten year old become extremely nervous.
I would like to say how professional, kind and patient the staff were, Maddie the assistant and the Manager Bina, in dealing with this situation.
The area for the piercing is well arranged and after such attentive consideration all was well and the young lady is delighted with her new studs. My Daughter-in-law who lives abroad was most impressed and is pleased it was done here.

Ordered in store got told I would get a txt didn't so went to store 5 days later to be told order had been cancelled due to no stock. Went online like the staff did in store just to find it still in stock and reordered it for delivery. Not impressed

Today Lisa helped me find the perfect chain for my small cross pendant

I had a lovely experience, me and my Mrs went to buy a wedding band for myself and I wasn’t too fussed, then we met Lisa who worked out of the Bexleyheath store and she dropped what she was doing to help us find my perfect wedding band, she explained different types of materials i may need, i explained to her as a firefighter i’d need something tough and durable and she assisted me in finding a wonderful looking ring. They had my size on display but she ordered me a new one and it came within 3 days! I went back and she greeted us both with a smile and got my band out for me, with a quick polish i took it home. I am grateful for the painless journey to buy my forever band. Thank you Lisa out of Bexleyheath store.

Me and my partner visited the H Samuel in Bexleyheath today and would just like to say what a pleasant experience we had.

H Samuel bexleyheath has fantastic staff when doing piercings, I have had my last 2 piercings there and will not be going anywhere else . Such a lovely piercer who calmed my nerves and made it an all around great experience !!
