Despite being almost closing time
Despite being almost closing time, Bridgwater store remained open whilst we were there. The gentleman and lady were ever so helpful and friendly.
They are to be commended. The ring quality is superb, it was a 10 year anniversary gift to my wife.

In the pictures and other reviews of the same product it say that it's a chunky chain and in no way is it chunky. After I rang Bridgwater store and ask could it be returned or exchanged to be told that it could be not be returned as was a internet order via clear pay and that it could be changed. When got to the store and spoke to a gentle man behind the counter got told it could not be exchanged or returned and had to send it back my self. Such a poor experience with it all won't be ordering again
