I was looking for a present for my Granddaughter Only had a very small budget to spend However I was served by a charming assistant at your Brighton store He was attentive and patient and I was really happy with my purchase He also showed me the insurance for breakage which I thought was quite reasonable Normally dont bother with that but I did on this occasion and was given two vouchers for discounts on future purchases Great service I felt very valued Well done

Ring Removal
I rang and booked in last minute for a desperate attempt to get my ring cut off, and I was so pleased to be looked after by Kerry.
She looked after me and reassured me through the process and I was so happy.
Lovely lady and all the rest of the staff were inviting and welcoming.
