I went into your Cardiff store to…
I went into your Cardiff store to replace the batteries in two watches . One had a curved glass & another jeweller had refused to do the work as it was too complicated & they feared that the glass might break, you managed to do the work successfully.
On a negative note I noticed that the top the chairs where customers sit were very dirty & it would improve the customer experience to get these steam cleaned by a professional cleaner.
