Our whole experience was fantastic!!
Our whole experience was fantastic thanks to Claire at the Crawley branch. Very helpful and knowledgeable and also very cheerful too. The staff were all very discreet once the engagement ring had arrived and was quick and easy to collect which helped hugely!!

À Tale of two halves.
On the day of purchase, the assistant was most helpful with nothing appearing to be too much trouble. On collecting her newly sized ring, my wife was treated verydifferently with the assistant suggesting my wife was at fault for not having a repair note (which hadn't been given on the day of purchase) and was generally unhelpful.
