Absolutely mortified. Do not trust them for repairs
This has been edited from a 5 star review. Absolutely mortified by the service. I trusted them to repair my engagement ring that i bought from h samuel, it was in repair for 4 months! It then came back a different style with the stone sitting a lot higher than it was and the claws bigger and scratchy. I requested it be repaired properly to what the ring should be and i havent heard anything in 3 weeks so far and poole havent answered the phone after letting it ring out 20 times so far. I will edit this again once i actually hear something.

Saw it in the shop in sale
Saw it in the shop in sale. It was damaged and only one, so new one was ordered and arrived in good time. Good service and staff always friendly and polite (thanks to Emily and Chris) -
Good price in sale. But far too much if was full price. So sale price really only brings down to a realistic price to pay for it, plus a bit of extra discount. That being said, it looks nice and my wife loves it so very happy in that respect.
As to its quality and how long its going to last - who knows, but very happy for now.

I bought my watch on the 1st May at Poole in Dorset. When I arrived home I tried to do the guarantee but was unable to input the details as the branch had removed the model number and it was not on the receipt. I visited the shop a second time but the number they gave me was not the model number. I am now frustrated as I have not been able to register my purchase for its guarantee
