Fantastic service from Paul and Azra. They are always so nice to me and I always get such a great, friendly customer service and experience.
I really enjoy going into the shop and buying from them.
Ill be heading back in soon to buy another watch.

We popped into H Samuel's to buy my wife a watch for everyday use. Azra & Paul were excellent and helped us identify a suitable watch, adjust the strap and provided us with professional, caring service. This is not the first time we have received such good service from them either and we will be back. Thank you very much.

Had my ring for 2 months when i lost a stone,no problem getting it repaired as had insurance,noticed after 6 months that what seemed to be in the same place lost another stone,took it back to Elgin and was told i would get a replacement,picked it up instore today and as it was a set got a complete new set,wasn't expecting that,so happy thank you for great customer service

Very easy to use online. Store collection is very helpful. Using clear pay and other payment options is the main reason I use HS online.

Do not get a repair done here they are unable to give a time frame or estimate. Better off going somewhere that can give you that.

Just been into H Samuel shop in Elgin and was quoted £110 to reset a G Shock watch I bought there. They are still selling the watch for less than the reset would be!!
I went to a jewellery shop round the corner and they are doing the job for £10
I will never shop there again. What a rip off. Shocking.

This was a great way to shop from home, not being able to get to the actual shop at this time I was given different options for similar items.

The earrings I bought were lovely. Unfortunately I purchased a silver chain not too long ago the little eye has broken

Having time before an appointment I popped in on the off chance I might find a gift for my son. The member of staff behind the counter was very helpful finding exactly what I had in mind. He was polite and friendly and my son loved the chain. I was so pleased with the service and the item that I plan to return for future purchases.

Staff were welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere in the shop felt comfortable and safe, with all the current restrictions.

Staff curtious and very helpful throughout visit to the store. Went in with my wifes damaged necklace and come out very happy indeed with a watch. Excellent service and freindly staff in this shop.

Went into buy a birthday present, the two female stall were VERY helpful in assisting me and choosing my purchase. Great staff, a credit to that branch.
