My wife Karen and I visited the Glenrothes store earlier today (Friday 25 July) simply to check if there had one item.
We were looked after by Kirsty who not only demonstrated the gold necklace but calmly explained everything we wanted to know.
Needless to say we purchased this fairly expensive item and Kirsty ensured we received the maximum discount possible.
Fantastic customer service from a quite memorable young lady of huge integrity and quite simply a fantastic human being.
Thank you very much Kirsty and “ we will be back again “ to deal with you. You are my sort of person!!!

I was in the Glenrothes fife store tonight and served by Lisa .
Lisa even though it was near closing spent time to explain about an automatic watch I fancied .
Then spoke through other options that might be more beneficial to my needs .
I purchased a beautiful citizen watch and Lisa took time to explain care plan etc .
No hard sell totally my choice .
So even though she was needing to get on and finish end of day I appreciated the time taken to help me purchase a fantastic watch

Excellent customer service bought watch which was too tight so had to order extra links. They arrived in 2 days and were fitted free of charge. Staff very pleasant and know their stuff

Nice place to shop
The person who sold the watch to me showed patients whilst I picked the watch she answered any questions I asked about the watch, she was kind and professional at all times, offered to adjust the links so that it fitted properly. It was a all together pleasant experience to shop there.
