I bought my first citizen eco drive watch from H Samuels and I have never looked back, great service in-store and brilliant aftercare. Highly recommend H Samuels to anyone

Absolutely disgraceful service from this shop yesterday!!! So much so I have had to report the staff to their head office. My 14 year old daughter and her friend who is a boy also 14 went in with a watch I had purchased to ask for a couple of links to be taken off. The kids were desperate to get the watch to fit and went in here without me knowing. The grown women made them feel very intimated and uncomfortable, so much so my daughter was crying because they stood analysing the watch and were questioning whether the watch was fake!!!!! They eventually, after a while and after making them feel like criminals took the links off and charged them £20!!! I wish I had been there, this disgusting service would never have happened. Total disgraceful service. I wish they had waited and taken the watch round the corner where it would have been no mire than a fiver.. very unhappy customer. I would never ever go back into this shop. It'll be Warren James next door all the way for me from now on.. shocking treatment to children!

UPDATE. Head office contacted me.. Nova, a lovely girl and they are sending a cheque out for the £20.00 charged. I think this is amazing customer service. I am so grateful for their prompt response and it has changed my opinion on H Samuel..thank you

My experience was 1st class at ur store in Hamilton. My assistant went out of her way to help. She was very courteous.

People in the Hamilton shop were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Professional in every way.

I had a friendly assistant, without pressuring me into buying, which I did, at this time as not enjoying shopping, but I did on this visit, so up to now service has been first class, the assistant fully explained the insurance, which I will probably take as the watch I picked has jewels on the outside of face, so feel it would be of interest to me to gave insurance.

The two ladies in the Hamilton shop were outstanding! They couldn't have been any more helpful, courteous and kind, even one of the ladies, giving us better directions back to where our car was parked. The other lady helped us to buy the proper size of ring for my husband and making sure we had seat when needed. I was walking with the aid of a stick and my husband had been recently registered as severely sight impaired. (Almost blind). We will not hesitate to go back to this shop again.

Excellent service at your Hamilton shop, wanted a present for my wife’s 40th birthday. Very happy with our purchase .

This is a lovely heart shaped silver ring with pink zirconia stone, which I bought for my 7yr old granddaughter and she loves it. The lady in the Hamilton shop was really helpful too

I visited your Hamilton Store and was served by manager Caroline. I was immediately put at ease and Caroline took her time with me showing me many options and going into great detail with everything. I had initially just went into the store to have a look at watches for my partner and ended up purchasing one there and Then, Caroline took her time showing me lots of options and lots of information it's clear she takes a lot of pride in her work and knows all there is to know! Amazing service and would definitely recommend and go back to see Caroline again! Over the moon! 10 out of 10 for everything!

Needs a watch battery replaced.

The assistant who served me advised that the watches are normally sent away, she then looked at the watch and asked if I was happy for her to do it/ which I was. Very happy with the service I received, however I feel that she should have looked at the watch first before telling me it had to be sent away - as this may put some customers off
