Excellent, helpful and friendly service
We first visited the Harlow branch on the 23rd August to purchase a wedding ring. The one we chose was not in stock but Debbie and Claire spent time checking out other branches until they found one that had the right size. They arranged for it to be sent to them and we collected a week later. They were both extremely helpful and spent time helping us to choose the right ring. We left the shop amazed at such friendly and attentive service. Would definitely recommend you visit them for any jewellery purchases.

...Done under time at work and RUSHING to go to Harlow branch to pick up wristwatch, prior to that check website opening time says it's 5.30pm. Reaching branch at 5.08pm to be exact the roll down security gate is almost everything is closed spoke to staff and says tomorrow will be closing at 5.30pm. Feel awful really after taking undertime just to be there prior closing.

Lost my finance engagement ring
My finance ring went in for repair on the 7th july still haven't got it back. I feel like they've lost it when i ring they never answer when my finance emails never get a straight answer. I'm paying for an item i haven't had for four months. And they now just confirmed its been lost it's really isn't on
