Purchased gold hoop earrings for a present and wanted small charms for them. Lucy at the Harrow Store was very patient and spent a great deal of time investigating the best way to attach the charms. I have collected them today and they are perfect. Lucy is an asset to the Harrow Store.

I recently visited the H Samuel store in Harrow, and I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received from Hayla (I hope that's the correct spelling!). She was absolutely splendid, providing top-notch assistance and making my purchases a breeze.

Hayla and her colleague really pulled out all the stops, ensuring every customer received great service. Their professionalism and dedication were evident, and they truly went above and beyond. If you're heading to the Harrow store, make sure to ask for Hayla - you won't be disappointed 😊.

Recently I purchased a watch from this store with a guarantee. Within a month the watch strap was beginning to fall apart. Paying a good amount from a well respected store I expected more in quality. Naturally, I asked for it to be repaired in the shop. The lady I asked was quick to tell me there is nothing they can do. She told me a guarantee doesn't cover watch straps as it is normal wear and tear. She tried to look for this in writing for a long while on my guarantee but could not find that information. I have had watches before and they can start to break after 2 years but not in less than one month. For me that is not normal at all. I gave my opinion to her that I do not see it as normal wear and tear. She said the only thing she can do is send it back to the manufacturer but 100 percent they will not fix it for me. It was clear to me this was manipulation and she did not want to send it to the manufacturer. She was not being helpful so I asked if I could speak to her colleague. She said that was ok but it didn't matter because she was in charge. He had actually sold the watch to me so could have a better idea how to help me. He also told me it was normal wear and tear. He asked if I had got the watch wet. I told him no as I always look after my things with care. Then he lost his temper and told me it was my fault the watch strap was falling apart. After already telling him I did not get the watch wet he told me the watch strap was my fault because I had showered, swam and sweated with the watch on. I had done none of this. As they were unhelpful I asked for the watch to be sent back to the manufacturer. reluctantly they agreed to do this. While in the process of this they were whispering to each other in front of me. Needless to say they were rude, aggressive and not what I would expect from H.Samuel. They looked for every reason not to help me. I feel no customer should be treated like this.

I visited H. Samuel in Harrow (Saint Anns shopping centre) in order to get the battery replaced on my watch.

Linda was extremely helpful in advising on and processing this - and was most pleasant as well.

Excellent service from Linda at the Harrow branch. I went in for earrings but also ended up purchasing a bracelet. Linda made the experience really fun! She listened to what I was looking for, in terms of comfort and style and showed me some good options. I’m very happy with my final choice.

I treated myself to a wonderful white Gold ring with diamonds. Linda was extremely helpful and friendly, as always. I only buy jewellery at H. Samuel because of her expertise and friendliness

Charanjeet (4137) was a lovely person to talk to> She was very kind, helpful, considerate and comfortable to talk to. She was the nicest person I have ever met as a sales person.

We not only purchased a watch but had such a lovely time talking with the staff… LINDA couldn’t have been more helpful & friendly. Shefound exactly what my husband was looking for, we had certain specifics & she gave us lots of examples that he was spoilt for choice!
So friendly & so good at her job…. In fact purchased another watch for myself while there!
Will definitely return to this branch again

She sold me an product that I saw was not so good , even that ,she insist to buy it because it will be safe and durable . Practically she forse me to buy it because she guaranteed me the durability.In the same day the earring was lost and when I came back to the lady was very rude and she seemed offended because I was to say that.
